I was really cheering for him to deliver on promises that were repeatedly left unfulfilled. I had to stay on top of the process with Rusty the entire time. I am still waiting to hear back about warranty coverage. It's common for 2 weeks to go by and I have to follow up again only to be left with no response. I no longer trust that Climate Pro will honor any installation work. Rusty will tell you that he'll take care of all concerns and then not follow up or show up. When one pays over $7K for a new unit installation and duct work, there should be some guarantee of work and a responsive line of communication. My advice for future customers...If you really are compelled to work with Climate Pro, then I'd suggest you hold onto your money until every promise is fulfilled. Do not leave one thing undone, not matter how small. But be warned about the vacant promises... There can be no warranty for his installation work if he is not dependable.

The company that came and repaired my unit gave an entirely different diagnosis and it was on the outside two pipes the company had to solder where the Freon was leaking from. Amazing the difference in trying to save the customer unnecessary money on new units when your unit is 12 years old and out of Warranty. Very disappointed in this company and will never use them again.

They purposely withheld that information from us just so they could charge for a service call knowing fully well they couldn't perform the service needed. I have now decided to file a BBB report . I will be looking for a new service company. I had been paying $ 119.00 a year for Spring and Fall check ups. Not bad very reasonable. My husband called and was told the plan was 100 a year. Then why am I paying 119.00? I called up and to inquire about the rates and was told they do not offer the yearly maintenance plans anymore. Well how can that be if not 5 minutes before they gave my husband a quote for a 100.00. I do not like dishonest companies. I thought so highly of this company for a long time. Nothing good lasts I guess. Very disappointed. I have never heard of an AC Company not having a yearly plan. They also said we needed another capacitor at 150.00. The one they put in didn't even last 5 years, and they should last from 5-20. I had asked for a refund of the 99 dollar fake service call and was denied so therefore I did not let them put this in. We bought one from Amazon for less 20 bucks. Big mark up.

Since I wasn't physically at the property I decided to call around for some quotes. As soon as I spoke with someone at the Clean Air Co., I knew they were who I wanted to go with. They got it scheduled and said the technician would call me once he assessed the vent. To my surprise, the technician reported that the vent was already really clean and told me it wasn't necessary. He said he'd of course be happy to do it but he thought I'd rather save the money. I'm so grateful for his honesty. Not only was he awesome, but both of the folks in the office who I spoke with were very friendly and helpful as well. So, while I can't speak to the services themselves, I feel I can strongly recommend the Clean Air Co. based on my interactions with three different employees, who were all the kind of people I'd want working for me. Not only were they able to quickly schedule the service call they also determined the duct work performed by the previous service companies had misdirected the duct work on the split unit. They performed the service and fixed the ductwork error allowing my HVAC to operate properly and reducing my electric bill. The tubing sent with the unit was the incorrect size. The tech arrived within the appointment window and took inventory of the pieces and parts. The correct size tube would need to be picked up. The tech arranged a time for the next day to bring the tubing, complete the connections, charge the unit, and start up. The tech arrived early with all the supplies and completed the installation. We appreciate True Blue's willingness to complete the installation and start-up of the unit. Several other companies would not install a unit that was supplied by others. Great service!
