We had a larger company come out and recommend that we change out our 5 year old HVAC system to the tune of over $12,000. I don't worry when I have to call them for any reason. Thank you Travis and company for always being there for us.

I can't say enough good things about Reed Mechanical Services. They are always my first call…read moreanytime I have an HVAC or electrical issue. They show up when they say they will, they're extremely professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way. What I appreciate most is how clearly everything is explained. I'm never left guessing what the problem is or what needs to be done. They walk me through what's going on, how they're going to fix it, and what it's going to cost in a way that actually makes sense. Another big plus is that they're the only authorized seller and installer of Central Boiler wood boilers in the Middle Tennessee area. That level of certification and trust doesn't happen by accident, and it definitely shows in their work. I've worked with a lot of service companies over the years, and honestly, I've never had a better experience than I've had with Reed Mechanical Services. Reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I recommend them without hesitation.

We've had one minor issue of a drain but again Chris was there within the day we called about the problem. After speaking with Chris we ended up having the system completely redone with him and not using the sub-contractor originally used because of poor work and being way over charged. Chris saved us thousands of dollars and was in the end able to get us a better system and unit. We will continue to use Chris and his company and recommend him highly to anyone.
