Today is the coldest day of the year. Despite saying that they are open 24/7 for emergencies, I have been trying to get in touch with them since 8AM. Here is what has happened: 1. The Tullahoma number hangs up on you as soon as it gets through the "Your call might be recorded" message. 2. The main number for the Murfreesboro office doesn't have anyone answering the phone 3. The online chat to get in touch with someone has no agents manning it and all of the chats end with no response 4. Their physical office, despite saying they are open 7:30AM to 4:30PM on Sundays, is closed and locked and no one is there. Do not depend on Roscoe Brown because their "repairs" last barely two week and then they will NOT respond to you in an emergency. Use literally ANYONE else.

Suggested I have a test done where dye is injected to see where the leak was. Cost $150... suggested to wait a while for the dye to circulate. About 30 days later I contacted them stating that the unit was continuously running and not shutting off. Tech came out and diagnosed the evaporator coil was bad but under warranty. The cost of labor is $1.050 to replace a part under warranty. How does this make sense. Help me understand this.

We have called them out multiple times and continue to have the same repeated issues. The first time they came out they said they need to replace a part and we never heard from them again. The next time we called we couldn't even get someone to give us a confirmed appointment time after 2-3 times of calling to request a follow-up. The owner was supposed to come out and he no showed us twice. When he finally arrived days later, he stated that the unit was 'low on coolant' and supposedly added what was needed. We continued to have the same issues and called out another company to give us a second opinion, they informed us that at least half or more of our ductwork in our attic was undersized and unbalanced and would require replacement and reconfiguration. Now our builder is paying another company to make the needed repairs to our system all the while Jones refuses to answer phone calls and do the right thing.

I asked for a phone call from someone further at the food chain, but I doubt that'll happen. I do not recommend this organization for anybody not when they are so unreliable and inconsiderate, and coming here from NY I know what unreliable and inconsiderate are and they beat most that I dealt with in NY. I only requested a general maintenance check and they didn't have time to do it. If you need your air conditioning and heating unit service, call somebody else.
