He informed me that I needed to put and extra vent in my laundry room door to allow the unit to breathe better. After he left, the thermostat stuck at 78 degrees and my unit frosted over. I called Redd's back and Dylan was back within the hour. He found that my thermostat decided to get stuck on 78 and needed to be replace. He replaced it with a new unit, waited until the temp started to drop before leaving. I had requested an automatic thermostat and he came back the next day and reprogrammed the one he installed to be automatic. The service that I received from Redd's and Dylan was excellent. They cared about my issue and solved it promptly. I would HIGHLY recommend Redd's for you heating and cooling services. Today is the coldest day of the year. Despite saying that they are open 24/7 for emergencies, I have been trying to get in touch with them since 8AM. Here is what has happened: 1. The Tullahoma number hangs up on you as soon as it gets through the "Your call might be recorded" message. 2. The main number for the Murfreesboro office doesn't have anyone answering the phone 3. The online chat to get in touch with someone has no agents manning it and all of the chats end with no response 4. Their physical office, despite saying they are open 7:30AM to 4:30PM on Sundays, is closed and locked and no one is there.
