Mark called me at 11:55am to let me know they were running behind and that they would be there in a hour. 2 hours later I was still waiting. I reached out to Mark through text and he basically said they were busy and people wait till the end of the week trying to get their systems serviced. The funny thing is that I did not setup the day or time. It was set up by Mark and I did not appreciate him telling me that I was pressuring him to do the service at the end of the week when he had scheduled the call.
