The church I attend owns a duplex. Case Heating & Cooling installed a new unit in our church…read moresanctuary in 2023. Since then we have used this business to service the units at the church and the duplex. In June 2026 I contacted Mr. Case for yearly maintenance. One of the duplex tenants advised that their unit wasn't cooling correctly during this visit, and Mr. Case deduced that the tenant was doing things that could prevent the unit from performing to maximum efficiency but later upon further inspection advised the duct work needed to be replaced, and that complete replacement would cost 8K. I then contacted another heat and air vendor for a second opinion. What he found is that the unit's coils hadn't been cleaned in years, and he sent pictures of what he'd found. He cleaned the coils, and we've had no further complaints from our tenant. I contacted Mr. Case and asked if cleaning coils was part of the maintenance he performed three weeks prior and he advised that it included cleaning the outside coils. I responded with the pictures the other vendor documented. Mr. Case responded saying these are inside coils, and I said they are both. Since Mr. Case is a professional, I'm sure he knew the difference between the two, but was probably counting on me not knowing. Mr. Case is dishonest. Use his business at your own risk. If he'd take advantage of a church, he will surely take advantage of an individual.

In fact, they found a mouse trap after opening a vent...with old food in it. I'm very pleased to have a clean duct system and such great people helping me with it.

The bad…read morepart is that we asked them to call us when they got there to give us a ballpark on price... they never called and never followed up after we texted them. We requested a bill twice. We finally received it a few weeks later and were shocked that they charged $175/hr (plus service charge and parts which we only needed a drain snaked so no materials required). Also, they fixed something with the sink that we never requested fixed. When we called them on it, they took off the service charge to show up but not the part fixed that we didn't request to be fixed. $337 to snake a drain is a bit much.

I've lived in the Manchester area for ~ 6 years now and have used Pro Plumbing before, with varying…read moreresults. However, this last time I fear is my last. We had a clog that was impacting our bath, dishwasher and kitchen sink. We called them in seeing if they could possibly unclog. They were unable. I'll be honest in I'm unsure if this is due to them or the previous people who I suspect also did incorrect work. Instead of admitting this, they continued going forward with different actions. They couldn't fix the drain and so put a ton of silicone down it (and all over the base of the tub without cleaning up) and said "I can't tell you it won't leak" Which is, obviously, upsetting and means that the tub is still unusable. The next plumber assured us it is definitely leaking under the tub now. They then tried quoting us $3,000 to fix it. We denied this and went with a different plumber, who unclogged the line in less than 30 minutes for $250. So now we have a functional kitchen sink and dishwasher, but an unusable tub due to the pro plumbing plus service. The new plumber also quoted less than a $1000 to fix the now messed up tub. To note: They didn't charge us anything. We usually get a visit fee of "we looked at it" so I'm unsure if they knew they had messed it up or what.
