I don't want to get him into trouble, but he helped in a couple ways that were beyond the scope of a simple HVAC check. He was thorough and helpful and friendly. He fixed a small problem that required a component and the final cost was well below what it would have cost just to call someone out on a normal service call. We have been delighted with Lee Company's subscription service plan and would recommend them to any home owner.

I had another Signal Mountain provider first assist me with my A/C unit and they sent some very inexperienced people to add too much Freon to the unit so that it could have caused a complete breakdown.
