They have worked on my HVAC units repair and maintenance along with plumbing. My most recent was a repair to a flexible water supply line to a water heater that failed causing water damage. I was without water entirely to the whole house, so no flushing or washing hands, etc. I contacted MCS first thing in the morning and by noon that day Clarence (plumber) had fixed the problem. Clarence quickly evaluated the problem and offered a few solutions explaining the differences (cost, maintenance, expected longevity...) also identified the year of the water heater and its expected life span. In under two hours he had finished the job and explained everything he had completed including an extra shutoff valve I asked for mid service. Clarence was quick, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, patient with questions, clean and very kind. I recommend MCS to all my friends

I don't want to get him into trouble, but he helped in a couple ways that were beyond the scope of a simple HVAC check. He was thorough and helpful and friendly. He fixed a small problem that required a component and the final cost was well below what it would have cost just to call someone out on a normal service call. We have been delighted with Lee Company's subscription service plan and would recommend them to any home owner.

He explained to me the exact problem and solved the whole issue immediately. Bill had all of the diagnostic equipment to ensure the unit was operating effectively and efficiently. I had another Signal Mountain provider first assist me with my A/C unit and they sent some very inexperienced people to add too much Freon to the unit so that it could have caused a complete breakdown. Additionally, I called for them to come out on a different issue they fixed. However, they had to come back a second time for an issue I believe they caused while fixing the first.
