We have called them out multiple times and continue to have the same repeated issues. The first time they came out they said they need to replace a part and we never heard from them again. The next time we called we couldn't even get someone to give us a confirmed appointment time after 2-3 times of calling to request a follow-up. The owner was supposed to come out and he no showed us twice. When he finally arrived days later, he stated that the unit was 'low on coolant' and supposedly added what was needed. We continued to have the same issues and called out another company to give us a second opinion, they informed us that at least half or more of our ductwork in our attic was undersized and unbalanced and would require replacement and reconfiguration. Now our builder is paying another company to make the needed repairs to our system all the while Jones refuses to answer phone calls and do the right thing.

Money Grab - I had Lee company come to my home to make a repair, and it was very unsuccessful. I also was dumb enough to by a maintenance checkup agreement ($168) - dah! I asked for a refund and Lee Company (Jon - the Operations Manager) said No, wouldn't even meet me halfway. We can't predict when something else will break besides, your unit is 9 years old. Come on man, you guys were shooting in the dark and guessing. Now you are costing me the cost of a whole new unit.
