Jacob, their technician, called and explained when he would arrive and then called to tell me he was on the way. Jacob was professional and polite throughout the repair, explaining what he was doing and why it needed to be done. When I asked him a question he didn't have an answer for, he called his supervisor rather than giving me a wrong answer!!! I signed up for their Gold plan based on Jacob's service. I hope all of Roscoe Brown's technicians are as professional, well-trained, and not afraid to ask for assistance as Jacob!!

To be honest, it's been a long time since I've been truly impressed by a service technician's work ethic and attention to detail. That changed when Ronald Edmonds came out to service our system. Ronald restored my faith in what exceptional customer service and craftsmanship look like. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he takes tremendous pride in his work. He didn't just perform a routine maintenance check--he treated our system as if it were his own. He thoroughly inspected every component, explained what he was doing, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was operating at its best. What impressed me most was the care he put into every detail. He cleaned and serviced our 15-year-old unit so meticulously that it looked nearly brand new when he was finished. His professionalism, dedication, and commitment to quality are rare qualities these days. I can't say enough good things about Ronald. Lee Company is fortunate to have someone who represents their organization with such pride and integrity. If you're lucky enough to have Ronald service your equipment, you'll quickly understand why he stands out.
