My wife called and we had a technician at our house within hours. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the fan motor. What impressed me is the fact that we had notified the office that we would be unable to pay them right away and could we hold off till we had the available funds (1wk). We were told that would not be a major issue and the work would be performed so we could have our AC working. Not too many businesses now days that make customer service a priority, A Degree Above gets my full recommendation and I would not hesitate to recommend them for all HVAC Issues.

I was getting my house ready for retirement. I had A Degree Above to come out and replace the…read morecentral heat and air unit along with the duct work on 5/4/2020. The duct work was put in the house early 90's and I wanted it to be new. I had no previous trouble with the duct work at all. I started to notice floor damage in all three bedrooms so I called my home insurance inspector. The claim inspector determined I had no leaks from the water pipes but he notice that my air vents had gaps where it was connected to the floor. I went to A Degree Aboves office to talk to Mike and both owners said it was not their fault. I've now got two of the three bedroom floors tore out and wood flooring replaced. I trusted Mike to do the job and I had no trouble with the floors until they put in the new duct work. I DO NOT recommend him or the company to do any work for me ever!!
