He never once talked down to me because I was not as in the know about plumbing terminology as he was. He was incredibly patient. He took pictures and video called to make sure I knew what was going on throughout the entire process. Although the small job ended up being a pretty big job, I can rest easy knowing it has been completed correctly and will not be an ongoing issue.
