The tubing sent with the unit was the incorrect size. The tech arrived within the appointment window and took inventory of the pieces and parts. The correct size tube would need to be picked up. The tech arranged a time for the next day to bring the tubing, complete the connections, charge the unit, and start up. The tech arrived early with all the supplies and completed the installation. We appreciate True Blue's willingness to complete the installation and start-up of the unit. Several other companies would not install a unit that was supplied by others. Great service! I won't hesitate to hire them again.

I had to go to work, so my mom called the first place she Googled, and I could not be happier with this company!! Not only did he show up within 20 minutes, but he found SEVERAL issues that the last company overlooked, missed, and could have caused a serious house fire! My ac unit "went out" over a year ago, the repairman told me my unit was "garbage" and I was suffocating the unit by using the pet filters. I switched to the monthly throw away ones as advised and kept pushing, thinking I'd have to replace the unit this time because who has 2 service calls in 2 years on a 4 year old unit!? Lee said my unit is actually a good one, and the more likely reason for the unit failing was because there were SEVERAL loose wires. He could even hear them crackling! He replaced a part with a gently used one off of his truck while he ordered the new part we needed just to give us heat for the time being. He then fixed the breaker, the wires, and recapped something that the prior repairman had left off, which was causing a leak. He checked and double checked his work before he left the house. He made sure all the vents were blowing properly, and did a thorough run through of everything involved. My mom told him about a different issue too since he was here - the breakers in the main panel kept tripping for the washer, microwave, and dryer. My next door neighbor had been having the same issue, they had Hiller fix theirs and they replaced the breakers for $60. Leroy didn't even charge us to tighten all the loose wires in our panel.. he didn't have to replace the breakers either, saving us even more money. He did all this extra work AND he didn't charge an additional fee for it being the weekend or a holiday!! He was extremely communicative and explained everything he did in detail when I asked questions (I had called my mom while I was on break at work and he was kind enough to speak with me during the repair). He took pictures to show us and more easily explain what the issues were. He showed my mom the part he swapped and brought in the hot breaker to show her how it had been overheating. He even told me now that the unit is properly fixed, I can go back to using the pet filters!! The part took a bit to get in, due to the holiday weekend and literally everything being closed, but Lee drove all the way to Nashville to pick it up and came to the house tonight at 6pm to finish the work!! His price was so incredibly fair, I felt like I was taking advantage of his kindness. I can not say enough great things about this company. I will certainly be using him again for anything I may need in the future!! WOW. He told us he does plumbing too, so if I have any other issues, I will definitely be calling this company!

He claimed that an emergency took him out of town. Fine. Anyone can have a problem. Second week goes by. He missed the scheduled time again, without any prior notification from him. I tracked him down again. He once again claimed that he had an out of town emergency, this time, with his son, and we made the third appointment for last Friday 4/21. He no-showed for a third time. I also made the mistake of pre-paying for the work, given his good job on the first part, assuming that he'd be back to complete the work. Wow. And he seemed like such a nice guy.
