You might not see it from the road, but it's a very quiet location and very well lit. I felt fully secure, even late at night coming here. It looks very nice and well maintained.. There is no garbage laying around and they have trash cans behind the facility. it is very conveniently located not far from the interstate and open 24 hours. The only downside I see is that the cords are very short and you have to back fully up in the parking spot or the cable won't reach your charging port.

It is easy to plug in and swipe your credit card to pay. Pricing is not too bad. $.19 a minute at 90 kW and $.37 a minute at 350 kW. The fourth station wasn't working well the last time I was there. It's a very convenient place to get to in Franklin. It's on the far left side of the Walmart supercenter. It's available 24 hours a day and I've been there at various times and I've been able to have no problem with charging. I just hope they get the fourth station up and working soon. Getting quotes from contractors in Tennessee can be a challenge, but Mid-South made the process straightforward. Their prices were reasonable, and Cameron answered all my questions thoroughly and promptly, so we decided to move forward with the work. I do have to mention that the day before the replacement, one of the crew members came by to inspect the ductwork, which required climbing through my attic. Unfortunately, during that process, he accidentally stepped through the ceiling, creating an 18-inch hole. This incident added a lot of extra work to the project, but Cameron, although not always the most timely communicator, took responsibility. He sourced and paid for the repairs, which included repainting the ceiling and an adjacent wall. I imagine it was an expensive mistake for him and his team. Even though I'll have to hire someone out of pocket to fix the lumpy drywall after two unsuccessful attempts from two different contractors, I'm still giving Mid-South HVAC & Electrical 5 stars, for now. The crew worked efficiently to replace the units, all while respecting our shoeless house policy, which I'm sure was inconvenient for them. The new AC is holding up well through the recent 99-degree heat, and we'll see how the furnace performs this winter. We also have a 1-year labor warranty, which I hope we won't need to use.

So I drove from Huntsville to Franklin to capture a full experience of this vehicle. By the time I got to Franklin I was a little paranoid that the charge I had left on the car would not allow me to make it back home so I thought just go to Tesla and recharge. This is when I found out that the dealership do not have supercharge stations, just the charging ports to keep the cars that are being shipped out, charged enough for when the cars are delivered.
