I called Davis Heating & Cooling to check our a noise from my heat pump unit. I had recently…read morepurchased an older home and had another comp ay come and service the unit for simple maintenance and given an ok. This unit has been noisy and constantly running so this is why I called another company, Davis H&C... SO glad I did. Cory was the tech sent out and he immediately identified the fan motor being the issue, helped me sort out the thermostat problem I was having (found the batteries corroded in there) AND Cory asked if I'd had the unit serviced anytime recently and being that I had just the month prior, He showed me what he'd found once he opened the unit outside: a huge, petrified, fried rat that had been electrocuted there as well as years of cobwebs. So that told me I was totally ripped off by the other company (McNeese). So glad to get such fast response, help, advise and repair of my unit at a good price!! Best accolades to Cory for being such a great HVAC expert!

The tubing sent with the unit was the incorrect size. The tech arrived within the appointment window and took inventory of the pieces and parts. The correct size tube would need to be picked up. The tech arranged a time for the next day to bring the tubing, complete the connections, charge the unit, and start up. The tech arrived early with all the supplies and completed the installation. We appreciate True Blue's willingness to complete the installation and start-up of the unit. Several other companies would not install a unit that was supplied by others. Great service! I won't hesitate to hire them again.

Our technician, Steve, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing, what needed to be done, and why. That level of professionalism and attention to detail is greatly appreciated. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Hiller, LLC, and especially Steve, for plumbing services. Five stars!

Spring Hill Heating and Air was not the least expensive, but I had used them in the past so decided to keep my business with them on this project. As a REALTOR in the area, I have to recommend companies such as this often. I MUST SAY I WILL NOT BE DOING THAT IN THE FUTURE! The tech was to order a new pump and install it as part of the agreement. They came to replace the pump and it did not fit the space. (you would think a professional company would measure that prior to trying to install) The tech called the company and they told him to put the old pump back on and to tell me that they were just doing the new one as a courtesy anyhow... LOL... I am so tired of companies trying to convince homeowners of things that are just not true. I was told the pump was part of the deal. I even ask the question to the owners son in law and was told it was. So, Spring Hill and Air, You have lost my trust and I will find someone else to do my service work and installations . SHAME ON YOU!
