Cory was the tech sent out and he immediately identified the fan motor being the issue, helped me sort out the thermostat problem I was having (found the batteries corroded in there) AND Cory asked if I'd had the unit serviced anytime recently and being that I had just the month prior, He showed me what he'd found once he opened the unit outside: a huge, petrified, fried rat that had been electrocuted there as well as years of cobwebs. So that told me I was totally ripped off by the other company (McNeese). So glad to get such fast response, help, advise and repair of my unit at a good price!! It was a cold day during Thanksgiving week, I had family staying from out of town and we had no heat. After a week plus, due to insurance red tape, I still didn't have heat, insurance said the unit could be repaired. I was recommended: Simply Service Company. Brian came out and fixed a minor part and had it running in no time for a relatively small price in comparison (I cancelled my Lee Company plan, garbage company). Second: I needed to have a mini split system unit moved and the condenser unit put on a pad, Brian came back out, assessed, gave me a price, and I agreed to have the work done. Again, I could not be more impressed with the work Brian did. It's very hard to get good, clean, professional work done these days. Simply Service and Brian do just that, time and again. Brian's attention to detail and work ethic is second to none. He worked until it was completed, and perfect, and for the price quoted with a smile on his face -- even though it was damn cold out and the sun had set hours before completion.
