The tech arranged a time for the next day to bring the tubing, complete the connections, charge the unit, and start up. The tech arrived early with all the supplies and completed the installation. We appreciate True Blue's willingness to complete the installation and start-up of the unit. Several other companies would not install a unit that was supplied by others. Great service! I won't hesitate to hire them again.

The photos are of the new doorbells Airstream installed for me last summer and it has already been a huge help along with the porch light in identifying and dealing with unexpected visitors (good and bad, mostly good). As for our HVAC we have had considerable work done on it over the past year, and at every step Airstream was honest, professional, and transparent with their pricing while respecting our budget and time. After the 2026 winter storm, we found that the system had been taxed significantly and Airstream has worked with us over the past few months to get it back into tip-top shape for the summer heat. Each time the work has been done efficiently and with minimal interference in our daily activities and minimal stress on our our pets. This unit has been noisy and constantly running so this is why I called another company, Davis H&C... SO glad I did. Cory was the tech sent out and he immediately identified the fan motor being the issue, helped me sort out the thermostat problem I was having (found the batteries corroded in there) AND Cory asked if I'd had the unit serviced anytime recently and being that I had just the month prior, He showed me what he'd found once he opened the unit outside: a huge, petrified, fried rat that had been electrocuted there as well as years of cobwebs. So that told me I was totally ripped off by the other company (McNeese). So glad to get such fast response, help, advise and repair of my unit at a good price!! Best accolades to Cory for being such a great HVAC expert!

Another big perk is that he is a local from Mount Juliet. I really do like to support local businesses and this is one that I would use again if I needed. 17/10 recommend!
