The tubing sent with the unit was the incorrect size. The tech arrived within the appointment window and took inventory of the pieces and parts. The correct size tube would need to be picked up. The tech arranged a time for the next day to bring the tubing, complete the connections, charge the unit, and start up. The tech arrived early with all the supplies and completed the installation. We appreciate True Blue's willingness to complete the installation and start-up of the unit. Several other companies would not install a unit that was supplied by others. Great service! Spring Hill Heating and Air was not the least expensive, but I had used them in the past so decided to keep my business with them on this project. The tech was to order a new pump and install it as part of the agreement. They came to replace the pump and it did not fit the space. (you would think a professional company would measure that prior to trying to install) The tech called the company and they told him to put the old pump back on and to tell me that they were just doing the new one as a courtesy anyhow... LOL... I am so tired of companies trying to convince homeowners of things that are just not true. I was told the pump was part of the deal. I was told there was a part that was on its last-leg and they quoted me a price to fix it, but of course there was also an offer to buy in to a package for more services. Long story short, we contacted someone else who came out in two hours, fixed it the part, and we saved quite a bit of money. We were quoted over $200 for the part from Spring Hill and it was only $130 from another local service.
