The tubing sent with the unit was the incorrect size. The tech arrived within the appointment window and took inventory of the pieces and parts. The correct size tube would need to be picked up. The tech arranged a time for the next day to bring the tubing, complete the connections, charge the unit, and start up. The tech arrived early with all the supplies and completed the installation. We appreciate True Blue's willingness to complete the installation and start-up of the unit. Several other companies would not install a unit that was supplied by others. Great service! I won't hesitate to hire them again.

Each and…read moreeveryone of his crew was kind, respectful, and most importantly, I liked their discipline and hard work. They put in a solid 12-hour day, overcame adversity, and ultimately got the job done. The crew had to work until 8:30pm to accomplish the job, but they stuck with it and Anthony personally checked on the install after 7pm. Thanks to their work ethic, my family of 5 (3 teenagers on the top floor of our house) never had a better night's sleep. I fully intend on recommending Lindsey's to anyone that'll listen for the aforementioned reasons and the fact that their price point was far better than two other local bids. *ps - apparently, if you log into yelp via Facebook, Yelp notes that you're from San Francisco; fyi, we live in Columbia.
