Holy Moly... Great customer service still does exist!! My husband called this company with concern about water starting to back up in a garage sink and a toilet near overflowing. Within an hour (since he was already on a call close to our house) Jack arrived and found the blocked pipe leading into our septic tank. Made the necessary fixes & cleaned out the backed up pipe instantly. He advised some recommendations to help keep our tank working in pristine condition for a VERY reasonable price.. We were expecting this call out would have several cost hundreds of dollars. I would highly recommend Jack and Anglin Septic Service to anyone that needs their septic tank looked at, pumped or worked on.. Prompt & reasonable - what more can you ask for in someone who is coming to look at your poop tanks??!! read more

Been waiting two weeks for a follow up. I sent over all the septic expansion plans for review. Tried following up three times and crickets. I'd avoid these guys. Gonna spend more time tracking them down. read more

In 2023 we contacted Anglin to pump our tank and repair our septic pump. The septic pump repair was the worst experience imaginable. From beginning to end Jack Anglin gave us conflicting and nonsensical information. Everything from needing to replace our entire septic lines, needing to run new electrical from, what type of was needed. He gaslit us, ghosted us multiple times, and had to repump the septic tank multiple times because of his delays. He fed us nonsense about how he was trying to get responses from Williamson County and that they were the cause of the delay. He told us how poorly our last pump had been installed and how he would fix the wiring and installation. We first contacted him in July 2023 and our pump repair/replacement wasn't completed until October 2023. Then after going dark for 3 months he contacted us in January 2024 telling us he was trying to get final approval from the county but that we now needed an electrical inspection. The whole process of working with Anglin was a nightmare and we felt as though we were being fed a load of rubbish the entire time. Between pumping, repair and other services we spent well over $7000. Fast forward to May 2026. We scheduled a regular septic tank pump service. The service reported to us that our 3 year old pump had stopped working and appeared to have sucked up the electrical wiring. We contacted a repair service who confirmed that our pump sucked up its power cord and that the float valve had been improperly wired. Our 3-year old pump is completely destroyed. Pictures attached. The new service had a new pump and float valve replaced within a week. They fed us none of the BS about our septic system that Anglin had fed us less than 3 years ago. Cost $4700. read more

I've used Anglin Septic Tank Service for the last 10 years. Jack Anglin who started the business has built it based on a quality reputation. For those who don't know, your price is based on the actual number of gallons they process from your septic tank. If you give them bad information, your charge will be different. I found them to be incredibly responsive and do wonderful quality work. Darryl, who has now taken over for Jack, is outstanding. Their small but might team do great work and they are honest. I recently had my tank pumped and they also diagnosed a problem with my pump float and repaired it. Again, they were prompt, courteous and a great value. I sleep well at night knowing Jordan and Darryl along with the rest of the team are on the job! Great work guys... Andy read more

Technicians came out did a great job. The price given for the work on site was $650, I called the office to pay, they said it was $750. The office hung up with me and called their guys who confirmed they told me $650 but apparently that was not the price they wanted him to charge and did not honor the price they agreed their man told me. I am not crazy right? That's not supposed to happen in a proper business. Office then called me several times in an hour for payment. Bizarre behavior from the office. Shame because the guys on site were great. read more

We had a drain problem that the plumber told us was septic related. We had Anglin out to pump the tank to try to find the blockage. The blockage was in the septic lines. They have been great to work with. They have worked with our problem in a very timely fashion. We will definitely use them again. read more

Called late Saturday night, person said he could be there at 11pm but if i waited till morning he would save me $250. Well Sunday morning came and went. No call, no contact. Would not return my call. Could have at least called to cancel so i could have found another service. No communication is the worse thing a company can do. Avoid this company. If I could give No star, I would of! read more

They came out and looked at my septic system, said I needed a repair permit, and left. They promised to return as soon as I had the permit in hand. I had it the next day. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. They don't return voicemail, email, or text. read more

My septic alarm was going off every few days. I discovered that many companies remove septic waste but don't actually service the systems when something goes wrong. Anglin responded quickly and was out here the following day, showing up on time. The two service guys were Tyler and Pressley and they were personable yet professional. They showed me the problem and explained my entire system to me patiently, then made the repair. I thought the amount that they charged me was fair, certainly less than I feared it would be. These two guys are the reason that I will switch all of my septic needs to Anglin. read more

The old saying goes that you should treat others the way you want to be treated, and while you most likely wouldn't be rude enough to constantly reschedule a service for 3 consecutive weeks! and then not returning calls for any updates after you initially ensured me that you'll be there!! That is the ultimate bad service any company will try there best to avoid!! But obviously not your company!? If I could give No star, I would of!! read more

Jack has been a great help with our septic problems. On time and on budget and he took the time to explain the issues.

Jack was recommended to me by the people we had been working with when they could no longer come. To be recommended by your peers is high praise. Jack is professional, prompt, and trustworthy. Robert Lopez is the man who came out to our house, and that guy is a wizard. A big name company was going to charge us $3,000 to get our septic system going again, even though the three different people they sent never laid a hand on the system itself. Robert came out, evaluated the problem, and fixed it for less than $200. I'm telling you, we were grateful, not just to have our problem solved, but to still have $2800 we didn't need to spend because of Robert's expertise. This is an exceptional company. read more

I accidentally, and very stupidly, flushed my engagement and wedding rings down the toilet. I called Anglin, who came out right away. They painstakingly searched through the sludge in my septic tank with a pool net. When they still couldn't locate the rings, they carefully drained my tank until there was just a bit at the bottom and then Jack actually climbed into my septic tank and felt around the bottom ruining his shoes in the process. I can't even describe how hard they worked in the hot sun, while been bit by fire ants, and sifting through poo and who knows what else. I am profoundly grateful to Jack and his crew for all their hard work. They have made a loyal customer and I cannot recommend them enough. read more
