Within an hour (since he was already on a call close to our house) Jack arrived and found the blocked pipe leading into our septic tank. Made the necessary fixes & cleaned out the backed up pipe instantly. He advised some recommendations to help keep our tank working in pristine condition for a VERY reasonable price.. We were expecting this call out would have several cost hundreds of dollars. I would highly recommend Jack and Anglin Septic Service to anyone that needs their septic tank looked at, pumped or worked on.. From beginning to end Jack Anglin gave us conflicting and nonsensical information. Everything from needing to replace our entire septic lines, needing to run new electrical from, what type of was needed. He gaslit us, ghosted us multiple times, and had to repump the septic tank multiple times because of his delays. He fed us nonsense about how he was trying to get responses from Williamson County and that they were the cause of the delay. He told us how poorly our last pump had been installed and how he would fix the wiring and installation. We first contacted him in July 2023 and our pump repair/replacement wasn't completed until October 2023. Then after going dark for 3 months he contacted us in January 2024 telling us he was trying to get final approval from the county but that we now needed an electrical inspection. The whole process of working with Anglin was a nightmare and we felt as though we were being fed a load of rubbish the entire time. Between pumping, repair and other services we spent well over $7000. Fast forward to May 2026. We scheduled a regular septic tank pump service. The service reported to us that our 3 year old pump had stopped working and appeared to have sucked up the electrical wiring. We contacted a repair service who confirmed that our pump sucked up its power cord and that the float valve had been improperly wired. Our 3-year old pump is completely destroyed. Pictures attached. The new service had a new pump and float valve replaced within a week. They fed us none of the BS about our septic system that Anglin had fed us less than 3 years ago. Cost $4700.

I told him that I didn't and he told me that he wouldn't be able to help me until late in the day. Ben spoke so highly of the owner and everyone he works with and the 'Jesus Fish' isn't a gimmick...this spiritual based company really pays it forward and stands by their work for the good of the community. I knew from the very minute the office manager answered my call, I was in the right place. Even over the phone, I could tell she was a wonderfully, kind person who loves her job and helping others. This lovely lady explained everything to me and set up my 'non emergency' appointment within 36hours. When she called with my appointment reminder, I knew exactly who it was and I can still hear her laugh. He wasn't able it fix his mess. I needed my water to be turned back on so I called this company. He was very nice on the phone but nice soonest mean anything these days. I didn't know it was over $940 when I hired them. I feel they took advantage of my situation. For them to put in new values system and faucet. With cheap plastics knobs and super dated look. It doesn't even look nice. He was there less then 3 hours. The adjacent bedroom had a plumbing cubby in the wall. It was really easy for him to get access to this area as well. It was an old delta faucet system that need to be changed out because plastic values were leaking. The second bath (master) I hired another licensed Plummer and with everything out the door same job it was $300. I even have a nicer update looking faucet. He was retire military and in the Plummer union. Super outstanding man. I will call on this gentleman who fix my master bathroom for future fixes. Thanks Andrew!
