They sent 2 very inexperienced plumbers who - no kidding - said, "We didn't bring the tools for this." They returned later and did such a sketchy job it quite literally fell apart a few months later. We were very lucky to discover the leakage before serious damage occurred. We called Brooks, emphasized that the sink was unusable as it was, and they said, "We will get it fixed." And that was the last we heard from them. They vanished, radio silence. In sum: poor work and they did not stand behind it. We won't hire them again, obvously.

I was quoted for a sewer line repair, which after breaking ground we realized I had a septic tank and not a sewer. He then filled back up the hole and was on his way. Both Andy & Randy were friendly, but it was such a poor value and over priced. I was charged $1,100 for someone to dig up a hole and then fill back in the hole. This process took 4.5 hours of work of just digging, as he didn't have the proper equipment. They used a saw to cut into the asphalt and I was charged for a saw rental, as well as an added service fee. The saw was dull and not working, which I was told at the time by the plumber. You would assume they would have the proper equipment to do the job. I then had to hire another company come out to investigate further. They dug a much bigger hole with the proper equipment and it took 30 minutes (compared to the same thing taking 4.5 hours with a hand shovel). Do not hire this company, it is a complete rip off with poor communication. Andy did discount my bill and took off an hour of work, but I am still left with a $900 bill of just having a hole dug and then filled back in poorly. Attached is a photo of my $1000 and 4.5 hour of digging hole that was 2' deep by 2'x 3'

It's refreshing to work with a company who cares, communicates well, does awesome work and is affordable. Sean O. came out to bid a project of blowing out and scoping our downspouts for our gutters. Long story short our builder did a terrible job and our drainage needed to be completely redone. Sean and his team were great to with from start to finish. After evaluating what needed to be done, he gave me a bid right there with options and suggestions to get the project done and I scheduled at the same time. They were back in two days to get the job going. His team evaluated, bid and COMPLETED the job before I got one of the other bids from a company in town. Sean showed me progress pictures and videos along the way. If I had a question or thought on what was going on he took the time out to review it and made sure I completely understood. I would highly recommend Sean and Plumbing Solutions for any plumbing or water related problem.

I needed an emergency water heater replacement in a crawlspace and another company quoted me a massive price. Morton's came out, beat that quote by over $500, and did a fantastic job. What impressed me most was their honesty. I thought I needed some expensive electrical work (a junction box fix) based on another quote, but the Morton's tech looked at it and confirmed it was actually fine--saving me even more money. They even threw in a new quarter-turn shut-off valve at no extra cost to make things easier for me in the future.
