This has left us feeling stuck, with no clear communication or resolution. Good customer service doesn't end after the sale. It is hard to decide what kind of rating to give in this updated review, so I suppose I'll just say…read morethat after a lot of not so great service in the fence installation and subsequent repair, someone with Ergeon finally responded to my reviews (complaints) and worked to take care of the issues. The gate has been completely replaced -- not just patched, so I'm very happy about that. I thank Fernando for his help in getting this finally resolved. I also really appreciate his going the extra mile to help me when, just a day before the installers were coming back to fix the gate, someone hit the back corner of my fence and seriously messed up two slats of the back fence, as well as badly scraping the corner post. He got the installers to come back out in a couple of days, and use the slats they took out of the gate they replaced to fix the damaged ones. Insurance would have paid for the repair, but that would have been a $500 deductible, so it wouldn't have really saved me anything, and probably up my insurance rates. Anyway... they fixed it for me, it's still scraped and scuffed, but structurally it's intact and it looks pretty good. I do appreciate that the company finally noticed my problem and took steps to fix them, as well as that extra kindness of using the old slats to replace to the damaged ones. Thank you.
