In a business where delays, miscommunication and overcharging are often common, Bryan is excellent at budgeting time and resources and absolutely trustworthy with your home and projects. He is beyond detail oriented and committed to excellent work. His team is professional, tidy and responsive. During the addition build-out, his team actually discovered several issues that our original builder had done poorly and Bryan was super helpful connecting us with great sub-contractors to fix issues we wouldn't have seen until the damage was much worse. I would absolutely work with Bryan again on any home project.

From before it started to after it finished, Bryan was professional, patient, and kind. We ended up refinancing with a loan that required additional hoops for Bryan to jump through, and he was timely and thorough in all that was asked of him by the lender. Also, Bryan's initial estimate only veered when he uncovered some prior damage to the house and when we altered what we wanted, there were no surprises. The work he did was incredible. We went from a 3/1 with a tiny kitchen and no real dining space or laundry area (both were contained to the kitchen area), to a 3/2 with a massive (to us) master suite, a beautiful kitchen, a dining area, and a laundry room. In addition, he oversaw the work on new siding, new windows and flooring throughout. I'm so glad we used Bryan and have/would recommend him to anyone looking to do work on their house.

They accomplished everything they said they would in the timeline expected. They even kept to the budget the projected. How crazy is that! Reliable and honest! We've been…read morein business about 10 years during which our guests have loved the space, but it was in need of a refresh as any property is after 10 years! Ben took on the refresh project of changing out light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, installing a new bathroom vanity, completing a stairwell trim project and a MYRIAD of other projects. The end result was an absolutely stunningly beautiful space that our guests are raving about. Ben took the time to understand the unique nature of a short term rental both from an owner's perspective and that of a guest. That the tiniest of details are important and that things need to be beautiful, but also practical and durable. A huge snow/ice storm threatened to throw our project off schedule but he kept the entire thing on course finishing in plenty of time for us to welcome our next scheduled guest. I've already recommended Ben to a number of friends (who have all been pleased as well!) and will continue to recommend and use him myself in the future. Hire him! You'll be glad you did.

On one hand, there's Luke the handyman - Extremely…read moreinefficient, took over six hours over 2 days for a handful of minor tasks, of which he only completed 1 successfully - Did not perform several of the tasks I requested up front, didnt bother to schedule any sort of followup to finish the work despite me asking multiple times - Asked me for help lifting a heavy object in the middle of the work day - Didnt finish painting for some reason (see picture) - Replaced smoke detector batteries, except for the one in the garage. When the battery he forgot to replace did run out of juice a week later, another company discovered the wired smoke detectors werent connected, so they all had to be replaced. Whether this was incompetence or negligence on Luke's part, I cant say, but I would not trust him to keep your home safe On the other hand, there's Wayne the boss - a loose cannon, to put it mildly. His main role seems to be some sort of enforcer, as he lacks the technical skills to schedule appointments or provide payment receipts - Failed to schedule appointment, I had to text him to ask when they were coming (got a 1-word response) - Doesnt know how to use email, I had to repeatedly text him my own email, but he never figured it out so eventually I had to ask for HIS email in order for him to try to send me a receipt - Instead of emailing a receipt/bill like a normal business, he showed up at my door to demand payment, threatening to physically assault me. This was after I already offered to pay Luke when he left days prior and gave him a generous tip Again, the work that was done wasnt done properly, and I had to pay someone else to fix it. Unbelievable!
