This project…read morehas finally completed and we are happy with the windows, but the company is very unprofessional and cost me a lot of time due to no/poor communication. Brad refused to respond to direct questions multiple times in email and we had multiple other communication problems including no call / no show on scheduled dates. The windows took over 120 days to arrive after measurements. On day one of the scheduled install the installers (two man team) arrived without the new windows and stated they had no plans to work that day. A "two day install" turned into twelve days in November 2025, although only seven days with installers on-site as the other five days were no call / no shows. The install project stretched from early November 2025 into mid-March 2026 due to an incorrectly sized plus broken window. These last two items were finally installed in mid-March 2026, again with communication and scheduling issues (no call / no show, and then an unscheduled arrival that disrupted personal plans one evening). I understand jobs can take longer than expected or other scheduling conflicts arise but those should be clearly communicated to the customer(s). Instead family plans were disrupted multiple times, work hours were lost, and no apology or explanation were given. The windows are finally complete and look great but the overall headache was not worth the cost.

It was excuse after excuse to the point where I don't even know what to believe or if half of it was real. Some days he would promise to come by, and never show up, never explain what happened, never apologize, but make a bizarre excuse. Other days, he would ghost completely. Once he ghosted for days then said "someone showed up at your door at X time on X day but you didn't answer so you were a no show"...WHAT?! no communication then someone randomly shows up with no set time and expects to be home waiting? We literally blocked off work schedules and canceled and missed so many appointments to accommodate this insanity. Whenever we would call him out on this he would say "wow you're pretty rude". It was like backwards world!! He did the same exact thing as Annie mentioned below, where, if he did show up, he would say some part is incorrect or missing, or wrong and run out and then not show up or communicate for a week. When the original order arrived, they didn't even check it. Fortunately, I asked them to place the glass on the base and send me a photo before I came to pick it up. That's when I discovered the glass was ordered incorrectly and was too large, exactly what I had asked them to avoid. They acknowledged the mistake immediately and told me they would reorder it. That was over three weeks ago. Since then, I still cannot get a firm date of when the corrected glass will come in. They send occasional emails saying they are "working on it," but there is never any real information, no timeline, and no resolution in sight. When I expressed my disappointment, I received no response at all. This entire experience has shown a lack of thoroughness, communication, and customer care.
