They did an excellent job as they always have for me - the solar panel cleaning was new this year. Solar panels have to be cleaned like windows using mild soap and water, a soft brush, rinsed, then squeegeed so that they do not streak. I turned the panels off the night before so they would not start to heat up in the morning, as cold water on hot panels can cause them to crack. Here is an objective recounting of my experience: I made an appointment with this merchant for car…read moredetailing for May 22nd. I received a text the day prior indicating that due to a family emergency the merchant had to cancel and reschedule the appointment. I indicated I wanted to reschedule as soon as possible. The merchant indicated that their next available appointment wasn't until three weeks later, June 16th between 3 and 4 PM. I thought it was poor that the merchant was unwilling to schedule a sooner date but I let it go and accepted the reschedule date of June 16. On May 30th I received a message from the merchant indicating that he had an opening on July 22nd for my car detailing. I reminded him that we had already scheduled for June 16th. His response was to disregard the message about scheduling for June 22nd. On June 15th I received a message confirming the appointment for the next day but the time had changed to between 1 and 3 PM. Since I had made arrangements to be home for the full afternoon I said this was fine but wondered what would've happened if the time change had not worked for me. On the day of the appointment the merchant did not show up between 1 and 3 PM as he had indicated he would the day prior. At 3:43 PM that day I received a message indicating that he would have to reschedule, again due to a family emergency. Needless to say, I am done with this merchant and I will now begin again to find a different car detailer who is actually reliable as this one definitely is not.
