There is typically a staff members on duty which ensures for a great experience! To use the facilities you should bring cash to load onto your Sparkclean Card. For the first time i used the drop off service rather than doing laundry myself. I just didn't have time. I came back at 6:30 pm the next day only to find that drop off service closes at 6. It was Saturday so I had to wait until Monday to get my items. I got them on Monday and as I unpacked the neatly folded clothes wondering why they are never this neat when I fold them, I discovered a zip loc bag with a $20 and $10 bill which I obviously left in my pockets in haste. My mother in law used to joke that money left in the pockets is a tip for the laundress when she washed our clothes. Apparently not at this laundromat. How nice of them to return what I had no idea I left in there. Very nice of them and my laundry smells and looks great. Well worth $21 for the handy service. Female owner was present and extremely active. She was moving things along since they were very busy with customers at the time. She was engaged to provide customers with a cart to transport their clothes. All the machines worked. Everything was clean in this facility. Owner was very nice and sociable. The price for washing and drying were very reasonable. You have to buy a laundry card therefore no coins were needed. read more

Nice, clean facilities. We use Sparklean Laundramat to wash and dry king sized quilts every other month or so for the past couple of years, and have never had an issue until today. Today I needed help stopping a cold wash cycle (within 30 seconds of it starting) that was accidentally started. I needed it to be an extra wash & rinse hot cycle like the other machine Is just started. The attendant and owner were more concerned about spending 10 minutes to prove how I'd started it wrong (I realize that, that's why I asked for help) and not actually provide any help. Thanks a lot. Still, the machines are nice and big to accommodate large loads. For that we will continue using this facility. Just hope I don't need any help in the future. read more

Sparklean was my first ever laundromat visit and it was amazing! I had terrible experience with the shared laundry room in my housing complex, and since I am 2 hours from home I found my only option was a laundromat. I was nervous at first cause I have never been to a laundromat and was expecting it to be dirty and to encounter some problem. Sparklean was awesome! It was super clean and modern looking, not crowded at the time I went, and the staff member was helpful and happy to help with my questions. My only drawback of it is that it's relatively expensive for a load (the cheapest my washer ran at was $9.95!!) but it was about 3 loads equivalent to what I would run at home and I got 34 free drying minutes with my load which was perfect. I could give 5 stars but the prices are ridiculous. Great clean environment. Staff was great. Free dry with wash but for additional time it costs. You credit gets paid via a card provided by the establishment amd you just refill with cash. Price ranges from 7.00 (Regular household machine size) to 13.00 for Commercial Size (2 full sets of beddings not including cover/duvet) Im not a frequent Laundromat user so please take that into Consideration. read more

Definitely a great spot. Wasn't very busy during the week, plenty of seating and outlets, wifi worked great. Super easy to load your laundry card. Restrooms were very clean! Lots of carts and folding space, and all the laundry essentials are for sale right up front. Definitely recommend! read more

I am working long hours and I only had one day off so I didn't feel up doing laundry that day . I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and a hello . I had a large tub full of laundry . 46lbs of laundry was done before 330 pm and I dropped them off at 11 am . I was pleasantly surprised at the neatness and perfect folding of everything. Even our unmentionables were folded with care . I will most definitely use them again read more

PERFECT I went in to use a large sized machine for a comforter. The attendant was so helpful. The place is spotless and the washing and drying machines are top notch. You pay to wash and the drying is free. I will return again with any large sized items to use their commercial machines. Also... I was so impressed by this laundry mat. Usually I go to Rising Sun which I thought was super clean and nice. This place blows that away. You do need to bring cash but there is an ATM. Cost me about $2 to get my own money but that's typical. The price for the washers is the same as Rising Sun and can't beat free drying. I only brought some bedding to test it out expecting a dump like Okleen. I paid $15 for two 62 pound washers with extra soil and hot water. They fit a king size quilt, a small loads of whites, 2 twin pottery barn kids quilts, 2 twin sheets, fitted sheets, 20 pillows covers and cases with plenty of room left for more. 1 $5 bottle of tide and a dollar tree box of dry sheets. The staff was nice and the other people there were helpful and welcoming. There are so many washers and dryers there was no fighting or waiting around. My kids bedding smells so good and clean they're actually begging to go back and wash the rest of the laundry. When does a 6 and 8 year old ever beg to do laundry ? read more

It was first time at a laundromat. They were very helpful and friendly. The facility was clean, had bathrooms, and free WiFi. I only need to use this service, because my washer and dryer can't handle my comforters. Not sure how they compare price wise to other places, but it cost me about $20 to wash and dry 2 Queen comforters. If I had done drop off it would've been $24 which I think is still a good deal. They have products for purchase there if you don't have your own, but I brought my own. The only downside may be that they only take cash, but forewarned is forearmed. They do have an ATM right there in case you don't have any cash. It's the closest one to my house so and I had a good experience so I'll definitely be back for my bulkier items instead of trying to do them in my smaller washer/dryer. read more
