But... now it has all come together as such... My clothes were given to another customer. My entire work wardrobe. Over $200 of very specific clothes, such as my carhartt jeans, and my dickies tee shirts. So in total I'm out of 2 pair of carhartt jeans, 6 dickie shirts, 6 tank tops, 6 pair underwear, 6 pair of socks. After 2 days of trying to reach the owner, I finally was able to catch a employee on phone with him and I spoke with him. He blew me off for 2 days till he finally responded to me as to what he is going to do to reimburse me. He clearly stated that nothing like this has ever happened to him, and his employees did not take my clothes, and so he offered me $130 for my loss, and told me that he will not except my business no longer cause my clothes are too expensive. The owner is only in the shop maybe 2 times a day so he has no clue as to any regular customer or what they bring weekly to him. But he figures that since his employees didn't take them and said a customer took them, then he would only kind enough to offer me $130 for my loss of over $230 of clothes that are specifically needed for work. His arrogance is very child like. He has no customer care knowledge, but has plenty of things to otherwise blame besides himself. He has no realistic understanding of the amount, or the importance, nor the unsettling times still to come waiting for delivery of clothes that can only be bought online and how my job and income are affected by this. But he made sure that I heard him say at least 3 times that he don't want my business no longer after this. But I didn't do nothing wrong to be told a punishment . Again... just a child in a man's body but has nor one clue about even his own business. I highly do not recommend this establishment. And this will be posted on every media possible, just so everyone knows not to trust this business .

The place was clean, well-organized, and the machines were modern. They even have a little area with a game table to keep you entertained while you wait. They also have an app that lets you see how many machines are available before you go, pay right from your phone (they take other payment options too), and it even notifies you when your laundry is done. Bonus points for the free Wi-Fi, TVs, Sunday refreshments, and it's BLACK OWNED! I'll definitely be back.
