I will probably wash these at home from now because some costed $20 to wash, dry and fold. I used this place in a pinch when I wasn't able to get a laundry card before I had company coming over to my new place. All my clothes smelled great and some of my clothes were left on hangers instead of folded which I especially appreciated so I could put them right into my closet. I would come back here in the future, if I find myself without enough time to wash laundry myself.

This absolutely does not fit in our washer and if you have cats, you know their pee smells horrible. I'm not sure if I caught them on a busy or off day but if you're searching for great customer service skills, this isn't your spot. They're very dry and direct. Which can come off as rude. Especially to someone who's never used the service and just wanted to learn what's expected during drop off and pick up. It was as if I was supposed to know what info they needed and how they needed me to say it. And when I didn't say how or what they wanted, they cocked an attitude. Overall, they cleaned the blanket perfectly and got the smell out which is why I gave them 5/5 stars. I would definitely use them again and even recommend them to others, but just caution people to not have high expectations regarding the customer service part of it.
