The place was clean, well-organized, and the machines were modern. They even have a little area with a game table to keep you entertained while you wait. They also have an app that lets you see how many machines are available before you go, pay right from your phone (they take other payment options too), and it even notifies you when your laundry is done. Bonus points for the free Wi-Fi, TVs, Sunday refreshments, and it's BLACK OWNED! I'll definitely be back.

What type of establishment will not allow its customers to use the restroom??? As of January 2024, at least 20 U.S. states had passed versions of the law. This absolutely does not fit in our washer and if you have cats, you know their pee smells horrible. I'm not sure if I caught them on a busy or off day but if you're searching for great customer service skills, this isn't your spot. They're very dry and direct. Which can come off as rude. Especially to someone who's never used the service and just wanted to learn what's expected during drop off and pick up. It was as if I was supposed to know what info they needed and how they needed me to say it. And when I didn't say how or what they wanted, they cocked an attitude. Overall, they cleaned the blanket perfectly and got the smell out which is why I gave them 5/5 stars. I would definitely use them again and even recommend them to others, but just caution people to not have high expectations regarding the customer service part of it.
