What type of establishment will not allow its customers to use the restroom??? She is the reason we will bring our laundry to this facility as the area inside is also well organized, clean and provides the ability to operate the washers and dryers with a preloaded cash account. You can also check your account $$ balance @ any time with the pre-loaded card which is also used to operate the machines, order washing supplies from well stocked units. In closing without the operational assistance from Cassandra in starting & using the washers & dryers and obtaining the washing supplies we would have been lost in how to utilize this Laundry. I've been a weekly customer here for almost 2 years. I've…read morebeen concerned about many of the unprofessional ways of the operation, but never affected my drop off laundry service. But... now it has all come together as such... My clothes were given to another customer. My entire work wardrobe. Over $200 of very specific clothes, such as my carhartt jeans, and my dickies tee shirts. So in total I'm out of 2 pair of carhartt jeans, 6 dickie shirts, 6 tank tops, 6 pair underwear, 6 pair of socks. After 2 days of trying to reach the owner, I finally was able to catch a employee on phone with him and I spoke with him. He blew me off for 2 days till he finally responded to me as to what he is going to do to reimburse me. He clearly stated that nothing like this has ever happened to him, and his employees did not take my clothes, and so he offered me $130 for my loss, and told me that he will not except my business no longer cause my clothes are too expensive. The owner is only in the shop maybe 2 times a day so he has no clue as to any regular customer or what they bring weekly to him. But he figures that since his employees didn't take them and said a customer took them, then he would only kind enough to offer me $130 for my loss of over $230 of clothes that are specifically needed for work. His arrogance is very child like. He has no customer care knowledge, but has plenty of things to otherwise blame besides himself. He has no realistic understanding of the amount, or the importance, nor the unsettling times still to come waiting for delivery of clothes that can only be bought online and how my job and income are affected by this. But he made sure that I heard him say at least 3 times that he don't want my business no longer after this. But I didn't do nothing wrong to be told a punishment . Again... just a child in a man's body but has nor one clue about even his own business. I highly do not recommend this establishment. And this will be posted on every media possible, just so everyone knows not to trust this business .

I'm not sure if I caught them on a busy or off day but if you're searching for great customer service skills, this isn't your spot. They're very dry and direct. Which can come off as rude. Especially to someone who's never used the service and just wanted to learn what's expected during drop off and pick up. It was as if I was supposed to know what info they needed and how they needed me to say it. And when I didn't say how or what they wanted, they cocked an attitude. Overall, they cleaned the blanket perfectly and got the smell out which is why I gave them 5/5 stars. I would definitely use them again and even recommend them to others, but just caution people to not have high expectations regarding the customer service part of it.
