Robert the owner of the Continental Auto informed me it would be $450 and would take 3-4 days to repair the damages on my car. I dropped my car off to Robert on August 1. It took him a week to attempt to try and fix and match the paint job to the rest of my car resulting in me having to get a rental car. Robert then told me on August 8, 2024 that he would need another 3 days to correct the still incorrect color paint job. I then informed Robert after trying 3 times, a week he has had my car and needing another 3 days. I would like my car back to take my car to another business to finish the job. I told Robert I did not mind paying him for fixing the dent but I shouldn't have to pay for the paint job considering he was not able to match the paint. Robert replied, I could not get my car back unless I paid the full $511 in cash or zelle. Robert should not be allowed to force me to continue doing business with him if he has shown me several times he cannot do the job correctly and in a timely manner. Robert never mentioned before I was not satisfied with his work or customer service that he did not accept cards only cash or zelle. I find that to be unprofessional, inappropriate and just bad business for him to hold my car hostage and forcing me to pay him in full with cash or zelle when the paint job is still incorrect and the job is not finish in addition to having to pay someone else to fix my paint job. I tow my car back to Wabash Auto and this time he states that something is blown in the electrical. A part of this diagnoses is that now my rear brake pads are low and needs to be repaired. As I'm checking out for this $350 service the same mechanic who worked on my car the week before asks me whens the last time I had a tune up? After checking out I go to pull of and notice my rear tires are both flat. He didn't even bother putting air in the tires after replacing the brake pads. It's now been 8 days since the last time my car was serviced and again had to tow my vehicle to a new mechanic this time around. I gave the new mechanic the update of the works that's been done and it turns out that instead of repairing or replacing my battery terminal that I paid $250 for in conjunction with a tune a nail was simply placed in my terminal. At this point I can't even trust that my brake pads or the tune up ever occurred. $600 to Wabash just to take it to another mechanic that's actually replacing my terminal and the full repair is only $120.86!!! SENE stated not to worry that the amount would NOT BE ALOT and that I don't need to stress or worry about anything as he 'HAD ME' as he said it multiple times. I have multiple witnesses to attest to this statement. I repeatedly asked him for a total for any parts because I wanted to pay for any and everything up front to no be blindsided in the end. Again, I was assured that he would purchase the screws and bolts to fix the thermostat issue and sent a picture to confirm that this was IN FACT the issue to my car overheating. Over time, I would have to contact him because the time he gave me exceeded by two to three weeks at a time prolonging my schedule for work. I pointed out that he had my truck for six months with no movement and that work and personal demands were being affected by his overly drawn out delay for just a small feat. He assured me and another witness, that he would have my vehicle fixed, have all receipts as proof of his payment and would leave any parts replaced in my vehicle. I have messages that state his claim. The dealership has an 'F' rating at the BBB and multiple complaints about the illegal practices of salvaged cars and repair parts from multiple victims (customers). This person is a liar and often changes the name of this fake business defrauding taxes and liability of the claims of his victims/customers. He makes illegal invoices from a home computer and also trumps up fictitious charges for his itemized labor.
