She greeted me and took her time to assist me with all my questions and needs. Even though this wasn't the location I had my belongings stored at, Candace treated me as if I was her personal customer. She was funny, helpful and thorough. When she didn't have an answer to one of my questions, she contacted someone who did and was able to provide me with an accurate response. Phone calls are not answered, and no one calls back to respond to phone messages. 3. Common areas, such as indoor hallways and anywhere outside, are not cleaned or swept. 4. This location has either a mouse or rat problem, evidenced by me finding droppings and urine on the top parts of my belongings that are stored in my unit. It's a good thing that I sealed everything in large plastic bags so that I could easily see if any critters had chewed through the plastic to get into my belongings. Fortunately, they hadn't. 5. Even though their website states that this location is climate controlled, it is definitely not climate controlled. As a result of not having any working air conditioning, it feels humid inside and smells mildewy (like being in a basement). 6. Because rental rates go up every few months, renting here is not a good value. I'll be moving my stuff out of this Public Storage location within the next month.
