After a few weeks I called because they didn't sealed the sink with silicone correctly so water was leaking I was very polite and explained the situation to "cliff Leonard" he was trying to say everything to not take any responsibility of the work he sold. And this was his reply to me " I'm done with you" and hang up the my call. I'll mention that I still have warranty that he promised And that a violation of state laws. I'm sharing this on google so people well know what to expect when working with "countertops express" and with "cliff Leonard" specifically. I'll also mention that I own more rentals and he just lost all my future business with this company. One wall was not flat or straight at the floor. The corner was not square. The alignment of tiles and the grout joints were not even. They cut tile on my front porch and left the area a mess which I had to clean up. Fortunately I tented off the bathroom area and protected my floors. Dust from grinding tile and jams would have filled the house. These are all basic issues for a tile installation. I requested the owner to take a look at the job and he never bothered.

Unfortunately, I didn't realize this at the time and ended up spending thousands of dollars repainting my cabinets, only to recently learn from another contractor that water had been seeping through the faulty seam all along, causing additional damage. When I contacted the company, they asked for $300 to reseal it, which feels unreasonable given that this appears to be an installation issue. I even offered to wait until they were working in the area, since it's a quick fix, but they were not willing to accommodate. I would recommend looking for a company that stands behind its work and provides better long-term support. Also, if possible, avoid placing seams near the sink--what seems like a minor detail can lead to significant damage over time.

We contact various places and Magic Touch got back to us right away and had someone out within 24 hours to cut the existing countertop, and polished it to a professional shine on site. They helped us faster than anyone else we had reached out to, the other places haven't even returned our calls yet. The counter job is completed better than we expected, and making sure that everyone was happy with the final product no matter what it took. We are so happy that they were expedient, skilled in their workmanship, and went above and beyond to make sure we were overly happy with the results.
