This shop fabricated the top and threshold to our specifications very quickly. We were able to see the slab beforehand at the warehouse in Avon, which was very convenient to Braintree. In addition, I was able to consult directly with one of the fabricators, Hugo, and pick up the finished materials. Hugo provided outstanding customer service. I'll be going back for materials on future jobs.

I just had a countertop and…read morefireplace installed - each with their own problems - and these guys went above and beyond again and again. They were great! They made an initial mistake - giving me the wrong stone for my counter - which they immediately offered to fix, with apologies all around. At the same time, there were multiple problems with the install of a fireplace, mostly caused by the contractors. Mass Granite ordered and re-cut the stone so it would fit properly, and recut that piece again given more problems we found. They came back a total of four times to do what should have been a straightforward installation. Throughout the process they were very solicitous and accommodating, they went out of their way to expedite the scheduling for the additional re-install dates, and did all the additional work cheerfully and with no additional charges. The finished product looks great. Very professional outfit all the way around.

I did a partial kitchen reno and needed to match the existing quartz counters that Mona's team installed last time. Ran into a problem: they didn't have any remnants in that color, and I'd have to purchase a whole slab just to match a little section. Mona came to the rescue! She offered me a remnant of a different color that she promised matches really really closely the original color. And since the new section was to be installed across from the old one (not contiguous), it would be very hard to tell. Sure enough, it worked out perfectly and Mona saved me a lot of money by finding a creative solution. Just like last time, I was doing this long distance without seeing anything in person. With contractors there is always drama or miscommunications, especially if you are not there to supervise. Not with Mona. Her reliability, attention to detail, and smart problem-solving in every project, no matter how small, give me total peace of mind. And the prices are still very reasonable, even years later! I called mid-day and their salesman reassured me that it would most like come by 2:30 PM. I called again at 4:45 , he then said it is still out for delivery. My day and time was wasted. The next day they called at 7:30 AM and delivered it. The item was damaged and had pink round sticker identifying the spit wood. I had no idea what the stickers were for, now the driver was gone and it's the weekend and they aren't open. Update: Shortly after posting my review, Dan (Owner/manager) called me personally and talked to me about what had happened. Dan was very professional and wanted to get me a new item to replace the damaged one right away. Dan drove the new item to my home within an hour of our phone call. Really appreciate both Kelard and Yola for their hard work and detail! They would call me all the time with updates on different part/product, delays, which we really needed to hear through the remodeling process. Also, Kelard helped give me advice for a friend of mine in Los Angeles that burnt his marble counter with a hot cooking pan. He gave me what a normal buffing job estimate would be in a big city after looking at my friend's photos. Really kind of him. This company it is the worst Cabinet company in Massachusetts for both quality and customer…read moreservice. I am a homeowner I purchased custom cabinets through my Contractor Kendrick home improvement. I paid for delivery upon delivering the cabinets. The delivery people drop the Cabinet. Then they banged the face of it up, chipping it upon refusing to sign for it and requesting the call the main office they told me my builder, I could fix it and still pay full price. They also ordered the wrong. Base Cabinet and told me that not every kitchen needs a silverware drawer again I called and spoke to the manager who had zero customer skills. Call me a liar and said I was trying to rip them off for a lousy $300 Cabinet the poor Contractor did his very best to argue with this company on my behalf heard this conversation and asked him why are we doing business with such a ridiculous outfit and instead of making it right they took the cabinet that they damaged back to their warehouse on Friday night took some paint and touched up the chips put glue all over the dovetail because the face of it was coming off and shipped it back and said that's the best they could do. Remind you now these are custom cabinets again. I had the poor Contractor call the so-called manager back today and he called the Contractor a liar after I sent them pictures of the damage to the cabinets and that they will not help me any further so the builder, said I am gonna do whatever it takes to make it right for my client and I'm totally fine with it because it's not about the money but I would not recommend this company to build me a birdhouse so if you're in need of kitchen cabinets or flooring stay away from GF kitchen and bath in Quincy mass because they are ripoffs and they have crappy service and all I can say if you're a contractor and you run into this issue, please take care of the customer like my Contractor did there is just so many people trying to rip off the consumer.
