They replaced the previous Corian counters with quartz including a backsplash that had cutouts for six outlets. This worker asked me who was going to reinstall the outlets because longer screws now were needed on this $7k+ job. Eventually he pulled screws from his case of screws and reinstalled the six outlet but I was upset. Today I tried to use the oven in my stove but there was no power. They had put the stove in place without plugging it in. I pulled the stove out to plug it in but it's impossible to put it back in place. The opening is too narrow Galaxy Granite advises it will be eight days before they can come to correct their mistake so I can get my stove out of the middle of my kitchen So here's my review. I didn't choose this company Lowes did to my regret.

When the stone developed a crack several years after installation, we replaced the granite at no charge. We just wanted to explain this was completely out of our control. Outdoor fire features are exposed to extreme temperature changes, weather conditions, and thermal expansion over time. While natural stone is very durable, these conditions can sometimes affect even properly installed materials after many years of use. We appreciate the opportunity we had to work on your project and wish you the very best moving forward.

They replaced it but it has cracked in the exact same places again. In researching, granite, if properly installed, should last 20+ years and is the most durable for harsh NE winters. I'm very very frustrated and disappointed that my granite was not properly installed by SMB and when I reached out to ask them to remedy the situation was unfortunately not offered any. I will have to seek out a different and more qualified granite installation company.
