To call this a Spa would be like calling The Cat In the Hat a novel... The facility consisted of a small locker room, a couple of showers and a sauna. Wow, I can't believe they asked me to check in 20 minutes before my appointment! Nonetheless, the deep-tissue massage I received was SPECTACULAR. I'm a massage junkie, especially deep tissue. If you're like me, ask for Kristen. She is AHHH-MAAAAY-ZIIING. Like most massage therapists she asked about my areas of concern before my massage. After telling her about the tension in my neck and shoulders, she told me to lie down face up (what? they always start me face down). My massage started with her meticulously finessing the knots out of my neck shoulders, ahhhhhh. I've seen A LOT of massage therapists at A LOT of spas. If I could, I would take her home with me. Kristen definitely deserves 5 stars, the facility deserves 2 stars, but since they staff awesome people like Kristen...they earned the 5 star review. read more

This spa is beautiful. It's a two story spa with a gym. I have to say one of the best resort gyms I've been to. The spa has a women's and men's locker rooms with a steam room and sauna. There is also a waiting room upstairs where they have fresh fruit, variety of teas, flavored waters and small snacks available. They also have a private pool and hot tub under construction for the spa use. You'll definitely have to see for yourself. read more

The spa is amazing with fabulous spa amenities. Yhere is a beautiful waterfall at the private spa pool. There is also a private women's large spa indoors. Its a great place to have a spa day with the girls. read more

This was my first experience at the new Spa Pechanga, and I chose a therapeutic massage. I explained to the Receptionist that I am 12 weeks post-op from a total knee replacement, and I prefer a masseuse who is comfortable with that, and can help me to push hard through my remaining physical therapy appointments for my knee. They assigned me to Laura. I had to wait a week to get in with her. Laura's therapeutic massage was worth the wait, and I was able to schedule with her the following week. I felt confident in Laura's care, she was safe and careful with my knee, while not showing any hesitation to work on my post operative leg. Then of course there's the Spa itself, a beautiful facility with every luxurious amenity. read more

I had a nice relaxing time at this spa. It was my first time there and my friend and I got the prickly pear scrub (skin therapy) and therapeutic massage. The only cons of that evening would have to be trying order drinks for my friend and I. I was trying to request it at the desk, but the woman there wasn't too sure about how it would work, so when my guide came she said she would help me by bringing the drink menu. She never brought the drink menu. Once I changed, I saw that my friend had a glass of champagne. I was a bit upset because I wanted to buy something for the both of us. The guide then asked if I wanted one too, I said yes, I would take the almond flavor. Never came. We shared one glass. read more

I checked in to the hotel and was easily able to book an appointment for that evening. I chose the Signature facial described as, "Delight in this revitalizing facial that is personalized every time with your individual well being in mind. Let one of our expert estheticians create the perfect treatment just for you. Each includes a skin analysis, gentle cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, steam, mask, extractions and a light hand and arm massage." My makeup was removed and a rough scrub was applied. The aesthetician doing my treatment said she loves the scrub and uses it on every client. It just felt like body scrub. There was very little steam, no skin analysis, no facial massage, no extractions, and no hand and arm massage. I'd say that I have skin that loves facials, but I saw no benefit from this one. The cost was $95 for 50 minutes. I didn't use any of the amenities at the spa. read more

I woke up sick this morning and called immediately(within 3 hours of my apt) they were not open to cancel previously)to cancel and they informed me they are still taking my money as if it is my fault to wake up sick. I informed them I will come in then and it is on them if they get sick. So much for being a person who doesn't want to spread a stomach flu. Hope your ready, this is on you if anyone gets sick cause you are not a fair business who cares for their employees. Horrible try allowing people to cancel online (you would need to provide a confirmation # which you didn't!!!)would avoid this situation in the future and maybe you would get a decent rating. Until then read more

My spa day was amazing! My facial and massage were excellent. I would highly recommended visiting the spa

Story time! I booked an appointment last night on very short notice I checked in at the hotel at 3 and then tried to get my makeup done at 4. Unfortunately there was a scheduling issue so the staff had to pull from other esthetician's to do my makeup. I had originally booked a 50 min makeup session for $75 but because of the scheduling issue I was seen a little later- nothing on the spa staff's part, it was a mixup with the concierge and the spa scheduling system. Anyways I had two ladies help me get ready for the ball hosted at the casino that night Rose and Stephanie. Stephanie did my makeup and Rose helped out. She did a fantastic job- full face, contour, highlight, lashes. She set my makeup for my T zone oily spots and have me more time than my original appointment to make sure I was perfect. Received so many compliments at the ball for how gorgeous I looked. The front desk was so kind to comp my makeup because of the mixup as well . Such kind sweet women who helped make my night so perfect and memorable, I wish I could give them more stars read more

Spa Pechanga - Day Spas Near Me - Temecula, California

My husband and I came to spa pechanga and we were immediately greeted by Aretha! She was so sweet and pleasant, she offered us a spa tour even before we had our appointment, the spa attendant Rosario and Chris were so helpful and guided us through the facility! We had a couples massage with Laura and Stephanie and after our massages we felt like we melted into the massage table! One of the best massages we have ever had! Definitely coming back! Hands down best spa! read more

Another awesome surprise in a weekend full of them! Unlike most Vegas properties (and even other non-gaming hotels), hotel guests get complimentary use of all Spa facilities including steam room (!!!), lockers, robe and slippers, vanity amenities, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool. Although the outdoor pool/whirlpool were under renovation when I was there, no biggie. I had the spotless and super heated steam room all to myself. The shower/shampoo amenities were yummy--hint of lavender and definitely crafted...not just bulk products w/the Hotel's name slapped on. Staff were super friendly and helpful--wanted to get one of the reasonably priced treatments, but they were fully booked for the weekend when I checked in on Friday. read more

My husband got a massage with Laura and he loved it , I always request Diane for facial she is the best !! I've gotten Laura before and she's the best . Thank you girls for always making us feel good read more

I had 6 friends and 2 rooms at Pechanga this past weekend. We stopped by at 6pm Saturday night to inquire about a short tour of the spa because we had planned to get a spa pass on Sunday. The response was that they only give tours of the spa Monday-Thursday. Considering a majority of your guest are there on the weekend why would the tours only be on weekdays? The price of the spa pass is $44 including tax and we were not going to pay that without knowing how nice the amenities are. (The Venetian charges $50 and it's basically the largest and best spa in Vegas.) The only reason we requested this short tour is to see the amenities since there are not many pics on the internet. What does the hydrotherapy pools look like and is there a steam room? They have a pamphlet up front but it's pics of there products... If they don't want a lot of people touring the spa constantly on the weekends they should set up a few times that people can do these tours. Maybe before opening and after closing? In general, just bad business plan. They basically lost 6 customers. Or maybe they are just too busy they don't need customers. read more

This day spa is just ok. I had high hopes, based upon the overall quality of most of pechanga's property. My massage was quite good. The treatment room itself was very nice and clean. However, there is very little else to do besides just receive your treatment. There is spa, cold plunge, etc. There is a small dry sauna, showers, and a tiny waiting room. I tried to access the pool to relax after my massage, and I was told that access is to the pool area is not included with spa treatment. For the price I paid, you expect at least some decent amenities. Instead, I was denied access to the only amenities that they had. It's simply not worth the money. read more

The spa is decent, expensive but the people handling the services seem very professional. I do have some suggestions: some of the grounds were dangerously slippery, if you walk out to order food from the pool you have to walk alllllll the way around the spa to come back in through the front door, add a privacy sign to the front desk so that people know to stand back when you're checking out, finally, the "snacks" upstairs were very light and could use a coffee bar! read more

ATTENTION SPA ****** Okay so I don't gamble and the only way my partner gets me to go is if I use the spa facility. I must say we travel the world and go to top notch elite spas all over, so when I tell you I approve , believe it. They have recently remolded the resort and added a huge location for the spa now. It by all means did not compare to what they had before. I never used to want to come but I'll tell you what kept me coming then , massage therapist LAURA!!!! This review is absolutely about a year long over due for more than a year now before this stunning new spa appeared. I must tell you , we travel from Hollywood hills so I needed a good reason to go. Laura is an absolute healing experience, please yelpers only book with her. When I go into a massage I want pressure points hit , deep pressure and the works. Laura absolutely worked parts of my body I'd never had massaged correctly before. What I mean by correctly is that I walked with a new energy , immediately and it lasted daysssss ; as if I needed this for years and she released me. May I add that she cares about you all around. This sounds to good to be true, right ? But yes she connects so spiritually , gentle and truly really goes above and beyond. I've never thought to rave about anyone but I had 2. Pechanga please understand we spend thousands I mean thousands (100's of thousands throughout so many years) so when we go to your spa, the massage experience should be A1. For absolutely everyone period. I have to tell you I tried about almost everything in your facility and absolutely no one knew what it meant to give a healing experience other than Laura... which brings me back that whom ever is going constantly to your establishment should be getting the best. Please have Laura give a class and refresh your therapist on how to heal the body and actually care to give a proper massage. Before your beautiful facility I'd only come back for a massage with Laura and tons of other services however the only best was only my massage with Laura. Facials etc were not great. There getting better but Please please do something about this. Laura needs to be the highlight of training all and a higher position. I am not doing this review out of any interest but you've invested in a wonderful facility please let the service in techniques and skill be just as great. LAURA LAURA LAURA! People request Laura as your massage therapist. Beautiful soul , amazing individual, awesome customer service and the list goes on. She even went out of her way last time to stay beyond her work schedule just because my mother and I only wanted massages from her. The staff offered only 30 mins for it for my mother and my self 50mins. That wasn't enough, however Laura went above and beyond and made our full timed massages happen. Talk about letting you leave with the best experience possible. This is a huge deal from me. It's simple things like this , that make all the difference. I can continue booking hundreds of treatments with a smile. Thanks Laura !! You are a Gem and I hope Pechanga's spa and resort lift you highly permanently because you deserve it. read more

Came here for a a relaxing day as a gift from my husband. The entrance is beautiful and very relaxing. The sign you up and get you inside where the lockers are. They give you a rob with slippers and give you a tour. You can swim, sauna, hot tub etc while you wait for your appointments. 10 minutes before my first appointment I went to wait in a lounge where there's these comfy long couches to lay down and relax read, and drink a complementary lemonade fruits and more. They are playing nice relaxing music. They called me back for my facial and it was very relaxing. The lady was talking to me the whole time about how the Hydrafacial I was getting was going to improve my skin etc. after that off I went for my massage and mani and pedi and etc The Manicurist was so nice, she made me feel so welcomed. She gave me some champagne and chocolate and boy did I need that ! I will definitely be coming back, I had such a relaxing day. The prices are so worth it, and I'll gladly pay what they ask for the service that was provided. Thanks to my husband for a wonderful Mother's Day gift ! read more

Beautiful spa! Very clean and serene. Very nice pool and jacuzzi area. Only drawback would be not being able to get back into the spa through the gate you exit to the main pool area. Have to go out and around to re-enter the spa but everything else was top notch. read more

My wife and I went in for a couples massage. Very surprisingly impressed with this spa. Was my second choice for the day (back up plan because Glen Ivy sold out) but now became a first choice. Spa is equipped with many amenities, much more than Glen Ivy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean. Will come again. read more

The spa is beautiful...but I just wasn't impressed with anything else. The girl at the front desk when I checked out was super snooty. I was looking at products in the retail area, and only knew the brand my esthetician used...she didn't write down recommendations, and no one was interested in helping me in the retail space. I made my reservation online, and put in ONE note...allergic to tree nuts. My esthetician spent half of my appointment reading labels. I expect that to be done before my $120 service, as they do at South Coast Winery's spa. She also talked through the whole thing, and started off our appointment complaining that whoever set up the room didn't put out a hair band and she didn't understand why it was so difficult...I like quiet when I get my facials, and don't want to hear complaints about co-workers. I will not be going back, but will continue to go to South Coast. read more

A friend and I stayed at Pechanga last weekend and we took advantage of the complementary bootcamp and yoga classes. Mimi taught both classes and she was awesome! This was my second annual time to Spa Pechanga and I am never disappointed. I have had a massage both times (Himalayan Stone and Balancing Stone), and was lucky enough to get Laura both times. New Management, New staff, New facility! My last review on this spa was 1 star, when i checked into the Hotel I was told total the new spa was open with new manager and new staff and I should try again, so I did and I am so thankful I did whitney the new manager was amazing, my massage was given by Diane and I highly recommend her! To say the new spa is nice would be an understatement, I do wish the entire faclity was open for use, but they had just opened that week so I didnt get to use the whirlpool, sauna, but I will be back again to have the opportunity to use it all. This is a beautiful spa with a very attenative and friendly staff. the hotel needs to promote the new management and staff bc I'm confident there are many others out there who would give it another try! I am excited to go back and be pampered again! read more

I went to get a massage and the customer service was not the greatest. I believe Jojo was the name of the girl who did my massage. She was very short with me, she didn't communicate with me on how I preferred my massage. Overall the experience for the price I paid was not too much. I was thinking of making an appointment for a couples massage but id rather pay to go out in town to get a massage. Atleast I know I will feel welcomed and comfortable enough to talk to my massage therapist. Overall the experience was over rated! read more

I personally thought that my massage could have been better. I don't plan on returning anytime soon. The place was really nice, and Chris the locker guy was really friendly. Those are the only two reasons I give it a 2. There seemed to be some tensions between management that i tried to overlook but couldn't. They should take care of personal matters out of site in private. My massage therapist, Stephanie, seemed to be in a rush. All in all i considered my experience less than adequate. read more

So for all you guys that are reading the bad reviews and low ratings.... those are for the old spa that they use to have!!! They built a new one at the end of Dec 2017..So it's pretty brand new!! If you ever been to a vegas spa before...this comes close! We had the traditional couples massage which was for 50 min ( about $280). They have steam room, sauna room, resting room ( about 8+ couch things for you to lay or take a little nap in. So nice!) And also have a co-ed Jacuzzi which is out doors. Everything is new and I hope they keep it clean! We loved Julie (or was it julia?) And autumn!! They knew what they were doing and are super nice! I live in OC and would defiantly come back for this spa spot. Only for the spa tho. The hotel itself is eh! Although they also just built a pool...a super big big big pool..a vegas pool party pool lol. read more

A bit overdue in posting this review for my February visit but better late than never. I had an awesome experience at the Pechanga Spa. Lidia at the front desk greeted me promptly and was very friendly as well as professional. The spa attendant, Gretta or Gretchen I believe, was friendly and informative. The massage therapist Julia was perfect for me and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Actually I cannot recommend the spa highly enough. I will say that if you're like me who likes some peace and quiet or less busy times then book an am appointment no later than 9am or so on a weekday outside of peek seasons such as summer because you'll pretty much have the place to yourself. The spa has its own pool with cabanas just for the guests, a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, and steam room. I was in heaven going between the sauna and steam room. The quiet room was empty when I was there and it was so nice to recline there and read a magazine. I cannot wait for the chance to go back! read more

At 4:53 pm on September 7, I received a phone call from a female staffer from the spa. She was calling to confirm my appointment at "12 o'clock, Friday." She said to arrive at the spa 15 minutes early at "11:45." I confirmed this appointment verbally with her and the next day I arrived to my appointment at 11:55 am. I was then informed by the receptionists that my appointment was at 11am, not 12. I told them about my confirmation and they recommended I talk to Gina, the manager. Gina informed me that they could not refund the $55 dollars charge because it was their policy. She then showed me the appointment schedule as a means to prove that the staff who called me did their job by checking off the call confirmation box. It was then I saw under my supposed 11am appointment that there was a 12 o'clock appointment located right under mine. I told Gina that it is not without error that the staff who called me, must have been looking at the number "12" and misspoke, when she really meant to say 11 am. Gina was unwilling to acknowledge the possibility of an error and instead lacked professional temperament, was condescending and arrogant to my mother and I. Gina told us that she was "willing to fix the situation" so that she "could be done with us because [she] was done." These were her exact words, and the two receptionists working there in the morning at the time witnessed this. Her impatience with us was clearly evident in her demeanor and through her spoken words. I could not believe a manager would be speaking to a client with such unprofessionalism and lack of temperament. Gina was so enraged over the situation that she couldn't even give us another recommendation of what could be done as she was so willing to "be done with us." A qualified manager could have told us to allow for more time to ask a higher manager about the uniqueness of the situation, that yes, an error on behalf of the staff was not impossible, and to wait until there was clear communication between who exactly gave the call to remedying the situation to the best of it's ability. Gina could not think past, "being done." The point of this letter then is not to be refunded the $55 dollars, though I believe that was the right thing to do considering the plausibility of the error. Gina's temperament was completely unprofessional and if she was willing to address a client in the way she addressed me, it would only be a matter of time before the same attitude, lack of temperament, and unprofessionalism would be burdened to other staff members. read more

The spa at Pechanga needs to review the staff they have hired. I have never been to a spa where the front desk person was so unprofessional. She was on her cell phone when I walked in and it appeared I was bothering her. After the service she asked me how was I going to pay before I even got near the register. I told her credit and when I got to the counter she just started at me. She finally said where is your card? I asked her if she could give me an amount. Her badge was on but backwards so I couldn't see her name. Probably a reason for that. She just had Jo class. A high end spa with unqualified staff. Go somewhere else. read more
