I would not recommend this place. Dishonest unprofessional and poor customer service. They dont honor Groupon after purchase. The massage experience was less than OK. I came here for couples massage. I arrived 15 minutes early prior to appt. I was impressed with the scent and music provided. Front desk staff was very sweet and helped us right away. However, when it came time for our 4pm appt, they did not show up until 20 mins later. Time is an issue for me since I arrived on time they should be ready since I set an appt. I was highly disappointed. After arriving, the staff did not even apologize for being late, the staff talked amongst one another here and there which was not relaxing. The room ambience was perfect but when I put my face on the table , I look at the floor and it was so dirty. I closed my eyes to receive and wanted to leave quickly afterwards. The guy was a bit rougher than I wanted. I feel like whats the point of asking how I would like to receive my massage on paper if you are just going to do the opposite of that? They also cut my 1hr short 11 minutes after being late. I will not come back here for a massage. The front desk only asked me if I wanted water and provided a candy afterwards because 6 minutes later I provided a tip. Horrible way of doing business here. REPLY TO COMMENT FROM BUSINESS: No. Gary did not apologize to me an my guest. The front desk had us sit there until 4:15 and then came i and I got up to get undressed and she said, "No just wait until they come, just sit" 4:16 they arrive very late because front desk finally came in and said okay you can get undressed. The girl and guy came in at 4:20 and they did not even apologize for being late. I set my iPhone timer as soon as they walked in and it was 11 minutes short of an hour when they finished so it's impossible for them to go over 1hr. Yes, there was massive amounts of dirt under the table because it was all over my socks and there was black and other hard crumbles. If it was lint, it would look like soft and fluffy lint on the floor if it was from linens so that is false. Whomever is replying to this was NOT in the room, so therefore you do not know the conversations that were being said during my massage so that info is incorrect. I know you are trying to cover up to make your business seem great, however I have pictures and video of the clock and the whole time I was there but I am not the type of person to go that far. HORRIBLE! (yes, it was in all caps to emphasize). They said their cc machine wasnt working, so I had to leave and get cash. I came back and paid in cash. That should have been a signal to just bail out, but felt committed to go back because lady said she wont take any more walk in and waiting for me. I was still changing, when she came in. Massage itself was horrendous. She left the room at least 4 times to answer her phone. Massage ended almost 15 min early and then demanded a $20 tip. I got a 90 minute massage from Gary, after first filling out paperwork that indicated that I wanted him to focus in my mid-back and right hip. He spent about 40 minutes on my shoulders, about ten on both hips combined, and - no exaggeration - about 30 seconds on my mid-back. The rest of the time was spent on my legs and arms. To his credit, he did massage my legs and shoulders well; I just really wanted the massage for the areas where I actually have pain. The unforgivable part: he repeatedly dug his elbow into my spine. Surely even an amateur knows that bones aren't supposed to be massaged. I could not lie on my back for two days because my top vertebra were so painful to the touch. I regret paying. This gets five stars for it's genre. It's not a Burke Williams, nor is it trying to be. My husband and I had a couples massage. When we walked in we were greeted in a warm friendly way. We were given attention and we felt valued as a client. Our masseurs were very good and worked all those little areas, including the hands, which sometimes get missed by other therapists. We used a groupon and our service didn't suffer. It was a really great experience and well worth the money! When we are back in the area we will definitely visit again! read more

Does not accept Groupon. I purchased a Groupon a few months ago for this place for my husband's birthday and when I called to make an appointment I was told very rudely by a woman that they do not accept coupons only cash. When I tried to explain what a Groupon was and f they did not accept it that they would need to give me a refund as the cash value of Groupon does not expire she just continued to yell at me that they do not accept coupons and kept asking me what time I wanted to make my appointment for. got a Groupon deal for a couple's massage. we got there about 10 mins late hoping they would not take away from our 60 min. session but they did they do not speak English well and will be difficult to understand them. they do not offer water or tea, my guy kept leaving the room so I got a total of only 35 mins massage instead of 60 mins. he was fast and not smooth. my bf got the girl and she was really good and took her time. only come here if it is a must. read more

I am so frustrated with this company. I bought a groupon months ago, and I have not been able to get in touch with them. I contacted Groupon several times. I finally go through today only for them to tell me that for an apt next week I need to call back Monday. My groupon expires in two weeks. Is anyone else having trouble with this? Wow, this is the worst customer service I every have received. I finally got in touch with them and they said "no groupon get refund" I actually went in person to tell them how terrible I thought this was and I saw a sign that says "people love us on Yelp" Looking through yelp not really the case is it. I have never been so disappointed! I received a gift card for my birthday from my husband. I called to make my appointment. The lady said she would call me back. She never did so I went in to make an appointment. Unfortunately the only person working there was a new employee that did not speak any English. She had called her supervisor on speakerphone. After a lengthy conversation with the lady put her on speakerphone with me. The lady asked me to come back at 5 o'clock. I verified by pointing at the clock at the five because their English very poor. She agreed. I came back at 5 o'clock. The lady looked at me and asked me for $15. I was a little confused and asked her you mean $50? She shook her head yes. I handed her the gift card. She ran out of the room and on speakerphone called the same lady I had spoken to you earlier. They had a link the conversation going back-and-forth on speaker phone in a foreign language. The lady came back in the room and handed me her cell phone on speaker. The lady told me she purchased the salon and it was under new ownership. She would not honor my gift card. She said I need to call the original owner and gave me her phone number. Unfortunately was not able to reach anyone there.. I explained that it said the same name on the gift card as the name of the business and she needed to honor it. She told me to leave. Awful experience. My hubby and I asked for 2 massages for 60 min. each. They told us they could only do 30 min. each. Ok, no prob. Then the lady walked off with my hundred dollar bill and I had to chase her down for my change. She said she would bring it to me... and she did... while I was undressing. She didn't knock at all and left the door wide open. At the end of the massage I asked her for change for the $20 bill I gave her so I could tip both masseuses $7 each. She said "it was a good massage. We deserve $10 each!" I said "No, that's way over a 20% tip for $40 massages and asked for my tip back. Tried to schedule another appointment to use the voucher that we had. I Was told that a groupon voucher can only be used Monday thru Thursday. Last time, we scheduled on a Saturday because they told us they only did couple massages on weekends. I work Mon-Thursdy, so that does not work. There are no restrictions on the voucher. I was told that their procedure has changed and that I had to call Groupon. He asked for my name and number, and when I questioned him, he hung up. Be warned of these shady people! read more

Had a scheduled appointment with this spa on Saturday march 26,2016 for a couples massage with my husband. Appointment was for 1pm, we arrived at 12:45. The doors were locked and lights were off. I called and left a voice mail. Called again at 1, and finally left at 1:15. No call back from the company. I originally tried to schedule for the Friday before being March 25, but they said they don't offer a couples massage weekly, only available on Saturday and Sunday. I just tried to reschedule the appointment for this Saturday may 14 at 1 and now they tell me they do not accept Groupon deals on couples massages for Saturday, only Monday-Thursday. While trying to ask about my previous appointment he got upset, told me to call Groupon and hung up. I do not recommend this salon, they only waste your time. Not RELAXING at all! read more

I don't even like giving one star to this place but there's no choice. I came here because my daughter paid for a 60 minute massage Groupon for my gift. So I call to make an appointment the man on the phone asked if 1pm the next day is good. I said yes that's perfect. Then I mention that I have a Groupon, he sounded mad and asked me for voucher # and he rushed me off the phone and said he'll call me back. So he never called me back and I called and left a few messages since there was no answer. So I show up the next day for my 1pm appointment and he told me there was no appointment scheduled and acted as he never spoke to me. I was not happy. He also told me that my Groupon was no longer good. I told him the only way that it's not good is if you redeemed it yesterday after you asked me for the voucher #. Oh suddenly he forgot how to speak in English acting as he didn't understand me. So this place has very poor customer service. I am still pissed about driving almost an hour to find out that this place is crooked and rude. All I wanted was my one hour massage that my daughter bought me.
