Keep in mind, this is a typical New York massage salon, where it's not full private rooms but there are walls just not all the way up to the ceiling. Ya know, I have mixed feelings about writing this review. I understand businesses need to make money and I do not want to negatively effect this venue, per se, but I felt very uncomfortable when I arrived due to the counter person. I found this spa via a groupon. I called to make the appointment and told her that I had a groupon. She told me not to buy the groupon but that she would give me the same groupon price. Now, I understand why she said this. Groupon takes a percentage of the cost so that the business gets a fraction of the coupon cost. I get it, I do. BUT if it wasn't for groupon I would not have known about this spa plus I had a 20% promo code as well as Ebates (if you're not using this and shop online, you def should) money back for using Groupon. For me the overall benefit was with the groupon. When I arrived I told her that I had the groupon but she told me to cancel it. I tried to do it on the groupon app but I was not able to. I then spent 30 minutes with a customer service rep trying to get a refund. The entire things was very awkward for me and I almost didn't have the massage because I felt so odd. Anyway, I got over it and had the massage. The spa is on the second floor and the entry can be easily missed because the door is small. The inside was very clean with nice décor. There are private rooms with doors for the massage. The masseuse and massage were 5/5 and I would recommend the venue based on that alone. Just beware of the groupon thing. read more

Loved my massage. Went her last Sunday with my husband for a couples massage. We both had a great experience! The massages were targeted to our pain. Working through areas they felt has knots. When I walked in, they took me right away and treated me with the greatest attention. The 90 minutes of strong, mindful strokes released the tension in all the places where I had knots. My back was killing me for days. This afternoon, I called and Sasha fit me in right away for a 4:30. Will massaged my back and was fantastic; he found every knot and tight muscle, and worked them out in a way that was both intense and very relaxing. Just left from here and am feeling like a new person. When I went in my back was so locked up and my shoulders so tight that it was causing awful headaches for me. Sasha gave me the BEST massage. She worked through my knots but in a gentle calming way (not painful but effective) and it released so much tension. This place is great! I go about every month for a 90 minute massage. No appointment needed and no wait time. The rooms are clean and private with a very relaxing vibe. Great deep tissue massage and the people are so nice! Just a heads up that they are located upstairs so if you have mobility issues you may want to keep that in mind. read more

Wonderful experience! I easily made an appointment through yelp the day before. Sasha met me at the door and was very friendly. Didn't have to wait at all to get set up. My massuse Sammi did an amazing job. She could sense where my tension and knots were and patiently worked those areas while also making sure the rest of my body got attention too. I brought a groupon for my mom for Spa on 7th. My daughter took her to the spa, then called me to say they seemed a little confused about how the massage was going to be paid. Lulu is best! Her hands on your aches and pain are incredible. She even tells you the parts of your foot she massages that affects your body. I mean wow. I'm in heaven. I booked an appointment over the phone an hour before therapy and I had a body massage with Amy. She's very professional. Before the therapy, my back and shoulder have been hurt for a while. After the therapy with Amy, the tension in those areas relieved a lot. Also, it was a surprise that there was a 5-minute face/skull massage at the end. It's $55 for 60 mins.
