I had an appointment with Cambria and thought it a good idea to send a confirming email since I hadn't heard from her. One hour before the session she emailed me to say that she's taking the morning off for personal reasons. I was fortunate to see it before leaving the house. I wrote back to reschedule and never heard back from her. I can only assume that she doesn't care or need more clients. I have been in a lot of pain and was looking forward to a healing massage. Instead she let me know that she couldn't be bothered to reschedule an appointment that she canceled at the last minute. I'm so disappointed and hope to find another practitioner who gives consideration to their client communication. :( read more

I've seen many massage therapists and Cambria is absolutely the best I've ever worked with for eliminating pain, recovering from injury, and increasing mobility. Her understanding of physiology and movement is uncanny. Cambria's practice stays with you long past your time at Attune Well. I had not realized what I had just come to accept as a way of being/living (ie a random shooting pain in my ankle, the stress in one shoulder and not the other). She listens to what you're looking for and she also assesses what your body needs based on her professional opinion, which is great because it's hard to see what your body needs sometimes. Cambria is incredible. I've been dealing with years of pain from a combination of running and ski racing, plus over-exerting myself in Crossfit and Sealfit classes. In particular, my chest, shoulders and hamstrings were tight and bound up. After a lengthy session, I was able to hit new depths and PR when working on squats. I have a level of comfort in my chest and shoulders that I don't ever remember having. I want very much to do the Rolfing series with her, the only thing that holds me back is that I live in San Diego and she's in San Francisco! I first went to Cambria when I injured my lower back. She was able to easily pinpoint my problem area and release a lot of the tension after 3+ weeks of discomfort. Attune Bodywork saved my life. I have being seeing Cambria for over two years. I hate to think where I would be physically if I never met her. I was going to a chiropractor and massage therapists constantly which gave me some temporary relief but my back pain and general alignment kept getting worse. I luckily had the good fortunate to start seeing her and the difference was life altering. I am able to go the gym now, I don't have pain and I swear I am at least one inch taller. She does a lot of alignment and structural work. It doesn't always feel like buttercups and unicorns when she is working on you and she gets a bit snarky if you don't follow her directions when you are on her massage table. But she is gold! It is amazing how much better you feel after, in the short and long term. My back pain has gone away and I am no longer crooked when I wake up in the morning. My alignment has improved so much!
