I was in Spa nails today. My tech did a great job, but tge owner has her dog there that barks. While I was there today, the dog grabbed my socks out of my shoes and started chewing on them. I needed some quick pedi and my friend recommended this place, since she was going here a long time now I decided to give it a try! Oh boy! I found lady who did my brows perfectly!! I have very very bad experience after few different salons for my brows!Yes yes after amazing pedi, I talked with her and I watched how she did brows to a customer before me. I thought she did it very neat so I decided to go with flow:) Omg I can not wait to see her again, I have plans to visit her in a few days. Very disappointed, I have been coming here since 2018 it was never the best place but it has a welcoming vibe so I continued to go here for that but the nails are always uneven and messy especially if I wanted Something more than just plain colored acrylics, the owner has their teenage daughters doing pedicures and simple nails so i never really expected much since the prices are cheap and they are welcoming if you don't care about getting perfect nails this place is for you. But what really got me is on Tuesday I got my nails done and so far within one week two nails broke i got the first one fixed now another one broke and the owner told me they cant control nails breaking and id have to pay to get it fixed I paid $50 for a fill for 2 of them too break within a week and I don't even like them so I guess its time to find a new nail salon read more

Apologies in advance for the pictures of my toes, but they say a picture is worth a thousand words. I just wish my pedicure would have been worth the $25 I dropped on it ($30 with tip). The person who did my pedicure was young (the daughter, I think). I believe she was old enough to be working, but definitely young enough to exude that she'd pretty much rather be anywhere than working at a nail salon. She mumbled requests at me and would push and pull my feet to get me to put them where she wanted them instead of asking politely or gesturing. At one point I witnessed a customer give her a tip and thank her and her response was to take the money and otherwise ignore the woman (no "Thank you" or anything). The nail trimmers seemed to be dull because it took a lot of effort to trim my toenails. The nail file itself was a very stiff emery board that ended up slicing my toe (see picture) because she wasn't careful. It's kind of funny because she put in almost minimal effort but really used her strength on areas that called for more care. I could tell some cuticles were trimmed too far down because I could feel the acetone burning the cuts on multiple toes. At the same time, I had to specifically ask for her to cut back my ingrowns because she didn't check for them and didn't clean under my toes, which I've found to be standard at most places these days. Superficial dead skin was left on the side of my toe and foot (see picture). The only tools used were one of those scrubbing bricks and the sugar scrub. However, the leg massage was quite nice and lasted longer than a lot of other places. So that's one plus, I guess. Things that didn't really affect me but stood out were that customers didn't seem to be serviced in order. They were all walk-ins, too. The bathroom was also really dirty and the more I looked around the salon the more I noticed things that probably should have been cleaner. They weren't using spa liners, which isn't a huge deal to me but something people may want to know and something of concern considering their level of cleanliness is in question. The girl who did my toes cashed out a customer before me but then walked away when I came up to the counter. The older employee (the mother, I think) took my $40 and gave me a $10 and a $5. I really just wanted to get home by that point, so I left $5 as tip. I'd have probably left closer to $28 if I'd been given more change, but I'll just call the extra $2 a lesson learned fee. read more

I've been going for 2 years now. I'm very happy 100% of the time with my nails, acrylic with regular or gel polish. Linda and the two girls both give excellent pedicures. There are plenty of colors to chose from regular, gel or special. Very friendly and reasonably priced. My sister in law is also a regular. read more

How do I start this, I stopped in here last night (December 26th) after my first two places where closed. For a fill on my gel nails. The place was pretty much empty and a guy seated me right away. I told him that I needed a fill, my one chipped nail fixed and my stiletto nails reshaped to look more stiletto and less almond. Thats when he told me "I'll try to make them pointer..." Drilling, (which I got nicked with) acrylic, buffing and some chit chat later he was on to Polish. I wanted Matte Black with glitter accent ring fingers, and this is where he messed up. 3 layers of black, sides of my nails missing Polish and 2 heavy layers of glitter and 2 heavy I mean heavy layers of Matte top coat and I was drying. I sat there for 15 minutes, paid left and went home. As I was getting out of the car I dinged two fingers and the polish wiped off! It was dry on the top but underneath the black was still wet. Upon closer inspection half of my nails are slightly slanted to one direction and are not pointed to my liking. I went inside repolished the black and top coat and filed my nails to look a bit better. Needeless to say I will not come back and I feel like my money was wasted. read more

i was there yesterday and had asked for the white nail set and got the blue set. i got so embarrassed even looking at them, i'm sorry but i am not happy about the results. the worker cut two of my fingers, and did not do a good job but she was very nice and i feel bad that it why i didn't say anything about how they were poorly done. i will never pay $45 for this work when it is clearly worth 25. you can see the file makes as well, she did a poor job. i am not satisfied. read more

So needed a mani and pedi real bad ! I drove to work early cause of a snow storm and had time to kill. I pass this place time to time and finally cheated on Tom my nail tech of 10 plus years. To my suprise the service was good not to mention I paid less money then I normally do. The down fall is that they have very few OPI nail polish and I am not a fan of the drying area. read more

I made an appointment for 230 for a pedicure and 45 minutes later I'm still waiting. They serviced a walk in for a pedicure instead of me. Save your money and go somewhere else. They don't keep their appointments and you end up waiting for at least an hour or more. read more

I went in for a mani pedi and I wish I didn't. The man that worked there did a very sloppy job. I felt that he was rushing me and finished both my hands and feet in 35 minutes. He didn't clean up the mess ups around the nail and when putting the clear polish over the color, it made it look bumpy and chunky. And didn't even get the edges. I will never be going back. I also noticed that when he was working on my hands, that they put a new customer in the same chair I used for a pedicure without cleaning it first. Stay away people!!! read more

I don't know why even gave this place another chance. The man that did my nails did the worst job I have EVER gotten from a nail salon. After 3 coats of polish, I inspected my nails and fingertips and noticed that on every single finger I had polish all over the sides, all on my fingertips, under my nails. I asked him politely to fix them and then he started blaming the polish I picked out! I'm sorry but the polish does not get all over the skin on its own. Then of course he started speaking in his language to all the girls there which of course I couldn't understand. The owner Linda came in to help fix them (which took another 30 mins while I had already been there for an hour) she did do a much better job fixing them, but not my nails are the shortest the have ever been! My left thumb is now so short it hurts. I spent about 25 mins after I left in my car digging polish out from my nail beds and under my nails. She did offer my next visit to be free and I told her that I would never ever be back. This has happened a few other times (not nearly as bad) with the same man but I still gave them another shot because they're so nice. Never ever EVER again will I go there. Ever. read more

A friend recommended Spa Nails to me a few years ago. While the service in the beginning was nice and the atmosphere relaxing it has changed. Now I feel rushed just so the next customer can be started. They don't adhere to any appointments. The Owners, Linda and Tony have additional help there that could be better or go back for more schooling on basic techniques. From work not being done properly, too hot of water as well as too hot of stones on the bottom of feet. The only one I would see is Kate. She is pleasant and does a good job. They obviously don't need the business because they lack in customer service. I will not be going back and my friends who have experienced the same will not be going back. There are many more salons in the area that respect and welcome their customers. read more
