Great service! The gentleman who did my nails did fantastic. Got the shape perfectly, while other places rounded the tips out too much. I got regular color with acrylic full set. Love love love!!!
I came here to get my nails done and my feet done after my mom recommended me as I'm from out of town. They did a great job on my nails. They asked me if I also wanted to get my eyebrows done and tinted and I accepted. My eyebrows came out great. However, they skinned me in the process pretty bad. I initially thought it was just leftover wax until I got home. I didn't even notice how bad they got me until I got home and saw that they were actually skin marks as they started to turn into scars. Very nice people and customer service, but won't be coming back.
My wife and daughter enjoy going to spas and getting manicure's and pedicures. As you know women tend to be very picky and my girls are picky but this place matched their needs. Owner was a real professional and Hillary did an amazing job. I will continue to support them because they make my girls happy which make me happy. Now I just have to get my pedicures there since they have a nice selection of treatments. Highly recommended
I was referred by a friend to go here for Ombre dip nails. I went September 28th. Two weeks after the service my dominant hand nails were chipping very bad. I went back October 8th to show them how bad my nails were and was told (because its the dip it only last two weeks) I've been wearing dip powder nails for a year and I know they only grow out and do not chip. I paid $100 for a ombre manicure and a pedicure and was treated like I wasn't important. When I exited I did let them know I would never return.
It was not the normal manager on staff today. I had a pedicure and then was brought over to get a no chip. I had remover clips put on my fingers and my technician disappeared without saying anything. Four other clients' pedicures were prioritized over finishing the services I came in for.I got the manager after sitting for 20 minutes. She said ten more minutes. Fifteen minutes later there was still no service. I had acetone sitting on my fingers for 35 minutes. I left without a manicure and no apology from manager for the poor service.
Seriously, I've tried so many places and keep coming back to this one. I've gotten manicures, pedicures, and waxes and have not had a complaint. I lie, I might have had one or two complaints BUT they fix it right away and that's crucial. I've come back if a nail chips and they fix it with out charging me. Their customer service is really good. Like any other place, once they know you and what you like, you'll be a customer for life. Check them out.
I had a full set out on 7/6/21 paid 74.00I scratched my skin and a nail popped off Thursday 7/8/21.I called to inform the owner and she said to come in for a repair. After she fixed the nail she wanted to charge me 6.00 saying it was my fault the nail broke. I scratched my leg. This is what I get for cheating on my nail tech. Never again. Flimsy
I have been trying to find a new nail salon in the area for about 6 months now, and I have always been very weary with trying new technicians. I decided to give the salon a go and I'll say I was very impressed. I made an appointment for my daughter and I this past Sunday for a 2:15 appointment and I was seen immediately. I came in for a acrylic full set with no chip polish and I decided to get my daughter a pedicure and manicure. My Technician - Jane: She's a very polite and talkative as necessary person. She's very friendly. And my favorite aspect about her is how detail-oriented she is. She's a perfectionist with her artwork. Her nails are her name and she takes good pride in them. I requested to have them shaped in a long stiletto shape and she did fantastic! It certainly was not a short appointment but she took her time to shape them by hand which I greatly appreciated. She made sure that they were uniform. Polish and color is superb. My nails were $50... And that was because they only charged for the length... I was informed I typically would be charged $5 for having a long length, $5 for having them shaped, and $5 for the design which to me is quite ridiculous but I do understand that it's compensation for the technician. My daughter's technician was Holly, and she gave her a sweet little accent design on her nails for Halloween, she got a cute little spider painted. I drop down the stars for the simple fact but to get a design it it's more costly than other salons. It's $5 for the designs and I'm used to it being $3 at most. For my daughter's manicure and pedicure it was $34 with the designs on four fingers.. The salon itself was a very well kept and I appreciated that they kept their pedicure stations very hygienic. They encompass the bowle the plastic wrap so that way everything is clean for the next user. Another thing that I greatly appreciated was the color selection. There were so many to choose from and so many different styles. I will be returning without a doubt to see Jane again.
Horrible service!!! Got my nails done Tuesday by Wednesday morning my no chip was chipping on three nails. Went in on Wednesday and the man I spoke to said to come back Friday and show him who did them and I'd get money back. Well just left there after speaking to her and she tells me i will not get my money back. Funny cause he said differently and when I asked him why he said that. His response was I didn't know.

They gave me exactly what I asked for. Showed them a picture of what I wanted and they gave me better. Highly recommend this place. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Place is really clean. read more

So happy I found Luxury Nails. After the shop I was going to for many years closed down, I was afraid to search for a new nail tech! I read thru countless reviews for shops in my area before finally settling on this one. Of coarse I was nervous, but the friendly staff and courteous service set my mind at ease. I tried a few different techs in the beginning untilI could find someone that fit my style. When I finally met Holly I couldn't have been happier! She has great conversation and my nails have never looked so fab! Walk ins are welcomed, but I highly suggest calling the day before and scheduling an appointment. Jane at Luxury is the best!! Gives the maximum time and effort for a deluxe pedicure making it 100% worth it! Also tried out dip polish with her for the first time and I'm obsessed. Make sure to make an appointment because she is very popular but worth it. See pics for proof read more

I went here for the first time 3 days ago and I wanted to write my review them but I was waiting for my replacement phone. I went in and they were not busy at all. The guy immediately acknowledged me and asked me how he could help me. I told him I wanted a no chip manicure or a pink and white which I had not decoded yet. He called a girl over and she was very pleasant. She helped me decide for the pink and white since my nails were small. The whole process no complaints until she was almost done and I asked her to file the top because it was a bit to bulky or thick or whatever you want to call it. She advised me she wasn't done so okay no problem just making sure. After she put the gel coat on top it dried and I went for a pedicure. I noticed that the gel had started to like peel or something it made a rough spot. So as I was walking out I advised her and she apologized and said it was because the gel was almost done. She used a new one and redid all of them since some nails had couple issues. I would have given 3 stars at this point BUT after I left the gel came off one of my hands. Clearly it's the quality of the gel polish. So one of my hands is shiny "gel like" and the other is matte as if she didn't finish doing my nails!! I try to not to complain a lot so I take it as it is... Bad service and don't recommend anyone to go there. Well at least not for fake nails their reviews for no chip are really good... I just can't do it. Pedicure was alright but the lady did not entirely coat the tip of my nail with polish? I expected better service especially since I spent $70. I still tipped because I still got a service done and I would feel bad if I didn't but I kind of didn't want to give them an extra $12! Very disappointed!! read more

As I'm sitting here waiting along with 2 other women, a third women walks in and asked for her nails to be repaired "real quick" because she has to be at work. As if everyone else here doesn't have a job. A nail tech in the middle of someone else's set stopped to help this other client who turned out to be her friend. The nail tech literally got up in the middle of doing someone else's nails to help her friend. Once she's done, so we all thought, the client comes back up to her to fix the "real quick" job while the nail tech is working with her first client that was interrupted. Then she seems to have phone or financial problems paying taking even more time away from the technician while they try to figure it out. Frustrating when you're waiting over an hour and someone who walks in is immediately taken care over over multiple clients and interrupting the service of another. Finally got my full set and they were wide and uneven by Mimi. Wonderful. read more

This is not the first time I've gone to LN, I've become very fond of the salon until recently. At first I thought I was being petty when I started thinking as i kept frequently coming that my services were depleting in quality, but yesterday took the cake. I made a phone call to see if they could take a walk in, and if I would be out by 6:30 (it was 4 at the time) and thankfully they were free. I arrived immediately, chosen my color, and they got started in my pedicure like they usually do, and my no chip would be next. My pedicure was fine, this time, last time my feet felt scaly once again when dried fully, immediately, but the problem arrived in my no chip. The lady they had working was obviously sick, as she kept stopping to sneeze and cough in the process of soaking off my old color. She even accidentally unplugged the device for everybody near the station she was on that stopped the power of every machine on that side of the salon. As she's doing my nails, she's not listening to what I'm asking her to do. She had her drill up so high to take the polish off my nail that she breaks my entire nail off, and looks at me as if I was the problem. She then stops working on me, moves me to another station, and starts on somebody else. It is now 5:30. I ask for somebody to start on me. Another employee says okay but continues to write in the book next to me. It is now 5:45. I wait 5 more minutes until i take my hands out the acetone I was left to soak in, wash my hands, and face full of tears ready just to pay for my pedicure. When the staff sees me crying and getting up in a frustrated manner, they are now ready to help me and I tell them "this isn't my first time here i normally come here but I do not feel welcomed today". They promise me they can get me out by 6:30 and fix my nail for me. They don't finish my manicure until 7ish with no apologies and make me pay for the nail fix their employee breaks. They did not tell me i would have to pay for the fixed nail and gave the lady two free tips of nails she came with broken while i had to pay for somebody else's mistakes. I'll probably never come here again and I used to love the place. I hope they redeem themselves. read more

I'M reading the reviews and I see its a mixed crowd. I will like to know if they have nice colors to choose from? Do anyone know how much for eyebrow waxing and do they do a good job?
I love getting my eyebrows done there, but I forget the cost. Somewhere near $8.00 range, I honestly have them wax my whole face 😅 and they have a large range of colors to choose from. There are neutrals, glitters, pastels, and neons.
