I came here to get my nails done and my feet done after my mom recommended me as I'm from out of town. They did a great job on my nails. They asked me if I also wanted to get my eyebrows done and tinted and I accepted. My eyebrows came out great. However, they skinned me in the process pretty bad. I initially thought it was just leftover wax until I got home. I didn't even notice how bad they got me until I got home and saw that they were actually skin marks as they started to turn into scars. Have been coming here the last few times for a dip manicure. It has lasted me the longest time with no chipping! The only downside, is that they are extremely quick. Which isn't a bad thing if you're in a rush! Sometimes I just like the experience of it all :) the manicures do last a long time. They try to upsell on the pedicures by asking if you want deluxe or higher spa packages, but I always have to clarify multiple times that I just want the standard package. Cuticles were not trimmed, nails were not cut or filed, well, he tried to file them with a flimsy infant nail file with no grit to actually do anything. I tried to help him along to no avail. I knew I should've walked out right then when I had to try to tell him how to file a nail. My nail polish is spotty and does not cover my nail. I went back October 8th to show them how bad my nails were and was told (because its the dip it only last two weeks) I've been wearing dip powder nails for a year and I know they only grow out and do not chip. Four other clients' pedicures were prioritized over finishing the services I came in for.I got the manager after sitting for 20 minutes. She said ten more minutes. I have been trying to find a new nail salon in the area for about 6 months now, and I have always been very weary with trying new technicians. I decided to give the salon a go and I'll say I was very impressed. I made an appointment for my daughter and I this past Sunday for a 2:15 appointment and I was seen immediately. I came in for a acrylic full set with no chip polish and I decided to get my daughter a pedicure and manicure. My Technician - Jane: She's a very polite and talkative as necessary person. She's very friendly. And my favorite aspect about her is how detail-oriented she is. She's a perfectionist with her artwork. Her nails are her name and she takes good pride in them. I requested to have them shaped in a long stiletto shape and she did fantastic! It certainly was not a short appointment but she took her time to shape them by hand which I greatly appreciated. She made sure that they were uniform. Polish and color is superb. My nails were $50... And that was because they only charged for the length... I was informed I typically would be charged $5 for having a long length, $5 for having them shaped, and $5 for the design which to me is quite ridiculous but I do understand that it's compensation for the technician. My daughter's technician was Holly, and she gave her a sweet little accent design on her nails for Halloween, she got a cute little spider painted. I drop down the stars for the simple fact but to get a design it it's more costly than other salons. It's $5 for the designs and I'm used to it being $3 at most. For my daughter's manicure and pedicure it was $34 with the designs on four fingers.. The salon itself was a very well kept and I appreciated that they kept their pedicure stations very hygienic. They encompass the bowle the plastic wrap so that way everything is clean for the next user. Another thing that I greatly appreciated was the color selection. There were so many to choose from and so many different styles. I will be returning without a doubt to see Jane again. read more

The actual polish on my hands was uneven and they didn't properly paint the sides like i asked Polish has bubbles in it . I went here for the first time 3 days ago and I wanted to write my review them but I was waiting for my replacement phone. I went in and they were not busy at all. The guy immediately acknowledged me and asked me how he could help me. I told him I wanted a no chip manicure or a pink and white which I had not decoded yet. He called a girl over and she was very pleasant. She helped me decide for the pink and white since my nails were small. The whole process no complaints until she was almost done and I asked her to file the top because it was a bit to bulky or thick or whatever you want to call it. She advised me she wasn't done so okay no problem just making sure. After she put the gel coat on top it dried and I went for a pedicure. I noticed that the gel had started to like peel or something it made a rough spot. So as I was walking out I advised her and she apologized and said it was because the gel was almost done. She used a new one and redid all of them since some nails had couple issues. I would have given 3 stars at this point BUT after I left the gel came off one of my hands. Clearly it's the quality of the gel polish. So one of my hands is shiny "gel like" and the other is matte as if she didn't finish doing my nails!! I try to not to complain a lot so I take it as it is... Bad service and don't recommend anyone to go there. Well at least not for fake nails their reviews for no chip are really good... I just can't do it. Pedicure was alright but the lady did not entirely coat the tip of my nail with polish? I expected better service especially since I spent $70. I still tipped because I still got a service done and I would feel bad if I didn't but I kind of didn't want to give them an extra $12! Very disappointed!! read more

This morning (2 days later) both of my thumb nails chipped and the polish peeled right off. I called to see if they could squeeze me in for a repair. Ok so I reviewed this place a whole back and I must say, I think I found my new spot. I still have a bit of the same issues from before about the lack of matching nail polish colors and the tad bit pricy no-chip fee, but all well worth it if pre-planned. When you go in, if you are getting no chip, try to pick your color based on the gel colors they have available or have them paint your toes after doing the pedicure. (Simple tricks to help accommodate) I recently added the paraffin wax to my pedi, and I love it!! Not sure if it is an every pedi treatment for me, but little additions to make me feel special from time to time are ok. I highly Recommend!!! read more

I have been a customer for 2 years. Unfortunately after today, I will not return. I have never written a bad review and believe people all have bad days, but this was just too much. Jane saw me and was very unkind and unprofessional. I have seen her once before and thought it was her having a bad day. Talk about someone who hates their job! Today not only did she act like she didn't want to be at work, but she kept giving me major attitude after any question I would ask. "Don't ask me any questions", is what she would say. She made my cuticles bleed even after I asked her to stop. She refused to file my nails! Then she proceeded in speaking another language and grunting while she worked on me. I will never give money to a business who has an employee who is so annoyed at a customer. She was absolutely terrible and unprofessional! As if everyone else here doesn't have a job. A nail tech in the middle of someone else's set stopped to help this other client who turned out to be her friend. The nail tech literally got up in the middle of doing someone else's nails to help her friend. Once she's done, so we all thought, the client comes back up to her to fix the "real quick" job while the nail tech is working with her first client that was interrupted. Then she seems to have phone or financial problems paying taking even more time away from the technician while they try to figure it out. Frustrating when you're waiting over an hour and someone who walks in is immediately taken care over over multiple clients and interrupting the service of another. Before I could even get a word out, the dirty scrubber was on my feet. I could have vomited. AND THEN during my no chip, he dropped a cotton ball. AND TRIED TO USE IT ON ME. That's just gross. I was so upset, the owner saw it on my face. I decided to leave the store before I blew up. I made it to my car, and call the salon in rage. I was told they couldn't do anything for me.
