Finally found the time to setup my French mani appointment, my tech was Selena she was nice and she did my French really fast I was in and out! I really love the concept of serving drinks and food in the service menu ...

I was in the area from out of town and was able to make an easy appointment on line. This place is great. Not only did I get an amazing gel polish change with a French manicure but enjoyed a glass of Prosecco at the same time. Andrew did my nails and he was amazing, funny, thorough, personable and did a perfect job on my nails. I will definitely come back.

I had a great experience here! I called Saturday afternoon and booked an appointment for 11 am on Sunday, which was right when they opened. It wasn't busy when I got there but by time I was leaving, it was apparent it was a popular place! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and promptly shown where to pick my color (so many options!) The technician, Eric, was friendly and made sure the water temperature was to my liking. Someone else came over and offered me the menu (again, so many options!) and I settled on a glass of rose brut (never too early for champagne...) I was given my glass and the relaxation started. The massage chair was wonderful and they had tv's all around with different things to watch. I got the Mimosa Pedicure and it was exactly what I needed. Everything about it was great AND Eric was superb at removing my ingrown nail (gross, I know, but it's hard to find someone who can do this correctly!) For the pedicure and my glass it came to $54 before tip. The area was clean, everyone was friendly and the selection on nail colors and drinks was massive. They even had food options! I know I'll be back and highly recommend that you check it out!

I usually have a great experience here but last time I went to get my acrylic nails done, my nails came out bulky. I honestly didn't notice them until i got home. I am disappointed because the staff is super nice.

This nail was almond shaped (naturally) and left long

Entrance looked great, they had a wonderful selection of colors, professional looking, neat and clean atmosphere. No one was at the cocktail bar, or asked me if I wanted one. Service was for a regular manicure. I expected: casual conversation (how are you? Consultation about my nails), my nails trimmed to be even, shaped how I requested, and painted. Pretty low expectations, didn't need anything but that. What I got was: a client telling me where the towels were, to pick out a polish and wait for a number. My nail tech was polite and very quiet. She didn't ask how I liked my nails, nor did she trim them to be even. She went right into a 3-4 stroke file, quick cuticle work, and a lotion application that I think was supposed to be a massage but was anything but relaxing. It seemed very rushed. The polish itself was applied well so no complaints there! She was super helpful in gathering my items to the dryer station. (15 min service) Overall message to others: have very low expectations. Personally, I think it's worth spending more to be properly manicured and asked those personal touch questions. I don't like leaving dissatisfied reviews and I don't want anything in return, other than just use this as a helpful tool in training staff. Wishing this place the absolute best in the future if I need a quick fix in between. Next time I visit I'll have to make a mental note to use my voice as a consultation is not used and they will just do what they want to your nails instead of asking.

The inside is clean and nice. They have an amazing collection of dips and polishes. I had a really nice pedicure here, the massage could have been better - honestly is wasn't even a massage at all for the $70 pedicure I got. Then the guy that did my pedicure started on my nails, I was trying to tell him what I wanted when he grabbed the nail clippers and quickly cut 3 on my natural nails all the way down to my cuticle I practically screamed and started crying. I had been growing my nails out and on top of that he cut it into my nail bed I was bleeding. Lynn took over and rescued me. Lynn gave me the best set of nails I've had ever. The shape is beautiful, my Nails are strong, and my gems are staying on. Also she gave me an amazing hand massage. Ask for Lynn..........that's it! Would have done 2 starts but the 4 stars is for Lynn.

I have came here to get acrylic nails for prom and graduation. I am very satisfied with the environment. It is clean with plenty of chairs. There is so much alcohol here almost as many nail polish options they have. Very kind and entertaining staff. They make you feel welcome. There are 5 flat screens scattered around the place. The sink is accompanied by warm towels!!! Comfortable chairs and marble tables. Comfortable temperature inside. Good tv shows on the flat screens. The bar is by the windows. Nice view.

I went to get my nails done for an upcoming trip and Alexis did an amazing job! She was very thorough and took her time to shape them and make sure they were even! I love them and highly Recommend coming here

Came here on the recommendation of a friend. All of my usual places in Columbus we're booked for weeks. Called for an appointment and they got me in the same day! Went in for an acrylic balance and gel polish. The salon is clean and super cute! Modern and does not have that chemical smell a lot of nail places have. Did I mention they have a full bar? Prices are reasonable too Lastly Julie handled my nails. She was very careful and considerate about what I wanted. Didn't cut my skin or cuticles and my nails look great! Definitely worth driving 30mins from Columbus! Would come here again for sure!

Scheduled an appointment for a new set . Only waited about 10 min after my appointment time. Very beautiful and clean place and I was very happy with my nails !

I've been going here for a few months and will never go anywhere else. Drinks are yummy. Staff is amazing and talented. Wait times aren't always great but make an appointment and it's not bad. Every time I have a nail inspiration they make my nails look amazing and how I want them to. This was the work of the new guy. Or cutie pie as they call him.

I have plenty of friends who go here and their nails always look great, so I decided to go today. I had an appointment for a pedicure and dip powder (no manicure) at 5:30, and I was greeted and seated promptly. I felt a bit rushed through picking my color but that wasn't a big deal at all. I got the Classic pedicure and it was GREAT, 10/10. One of the best I've had. My nails are another story. I got dip powder with tips. The color is wonderful, but they are uneven and lumpy and none are the same shape. Pictures can't accurately represent. You can clearly see where the tips are glued to my nails, it almost makes a curve in my nails-- which is not usual considering I've had this same service at other places and never had this happen... some tips are sticking up at different angles (pinky), the powder is lumpy and not shaped correctly (index finger), my thumb nail has an indent in the powder. I wasn't going to say anything because it was already past their closing time -- and I've had worse in my life. I honestly would have just let it go and given them another chance, but then.... checkout. I was charged $99... $33 for a pedicure and $60 for my nails. I asked how much my nails cost and they told me I got a "dip manicure with extensions" there was not a single manicure-like service performed. My cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed, and I didn't even get lotion. I told them that I just got "dip with tips, no manicure" and that the website had a different price. In response they simply told me I was wrong and didn't even offer to look at the website. I would have let the subpar manicure go if I wasn't treated so poorly at check out. My nails are not worth $60. Attached are pictures of both the online menu (with prices) and my clearly not manicured cuticles with lumpy nails.

Spa Retreat - The room where the facial was done - small, cozy. I appreciated the heated bed!

I recently visited the Spa Retreat and I enjoyed my services. I was there for a express manicure…read morejust to test the waters since this was my first manicure at this spa. The manicurist did a great job. The cost was $20 + %15 gratuity; total cost: $24 -something. I didn't plan to get the crackle look until I sat down and starting talk with the manicurist and I really like the final result. The plan was a neutral color (OPI Tickle My Francey) and then at the last minute I decided to give one nail on each hand a pop of color. So we decided that the hot pink base color and purple crackle color would look nice and we were right. They even sent me home with a nail file for FREE for maintenance between visits. Overall I am pleased and I will be a return client. Last month, I had a 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial living social deal which is how I was introduced to this spa initially. Here's the living social deal - Two Spa Treatments for $60 plus taxes and gratuity. Choice: Deluxe Facial, Full-Body Spa Massage, Sea Salt or Sugar Glow Body Treatment, or Spa Pedicure with Paraffin Wax Treatment. I absolutely loved my services! The massage was stern but not to strong and the facial was a facial with a mini massage. Janice massaged my legs, arms and back while the pumpkin enzymes where breaking down the dead skin on my face. I was not expecting the massage during the facial so I was pleasantly surprised. We got a chance to chat and I learned a lot about skin care. Towards the end Janice used this High Frequency thing which is an electrode that is used on skin for 3 - 5 minutes. The purpose is to kill bacteria on problem skin and is a germicidal, drying, and healing for those whom suffer problematic skin. I was leary at first because this was the first time that I saw such a thing but I am glad that it was used. This was totally refreshing spa day and spa retreat far exceeded my expectations.

I read about the Facial Special for "Game Day" on your Facebook page, but since the spa had closed…read morefor the evening, I filled out an online form to be contacted the next morning. I did mention on the form that I was interested in the "Game Day Facial Special". I re-iterated that to the lady who I spoke with the next morning, and booked an appointment for 1 pm. I was so excited to get in the same day and finally get to try out your spa! I was told that a hold would be put on my credit card for the appointment (normal) and she said 3 pm and I corrected her to 1 pm. She also let me know she would email me some patient forms to fill out ahead of time - awesome! This was around 10 am and by 12:15, I had yet to receive an email, so I decided to head in early. I arrived at 12:45 and let her know that I never received the email. She told me my appointment wasn't until 3 pm. I reminded her about the conversation we had on the phone and I'd corrected her to 1 pm and she then said 1 pm. Unfortunately, she had put me down for 3 pm. I asked if we could do 1 pm since I was there and she said yes. She emailed me the form and I filled it out. Then she told me that they'd only be able to do a mini-facial...which is NOT what I wanted. Or I could have a massage. Also, not what I wanted. She then went and talked to someone about re-arranging her schedule and they must've figured it out because I was then told they could do the deluxe facial at 1 pm. By then it was a little after 1 pm. The person who did my facial (so sorry - can't remember her name - Carmen, maybe?) was great. Very good at explaining everything. It's a shame we started late (around 1:10, I remember looking at the clock as I was laying in the bed waiting). The facial was great - I enjoyed the products used (very seasonal smelling!) and the massage portion was super nice, too. It was a little light on the touch but that's my fault for not speaking up. When it was done, which was cut short (1:57) - I'm guessing to stay on schedule, she told me to get dressed and she'd meet me outside. I didn't realize she meant all the way at the front desk. I asked what kind of moisturizer she used, so she showed me. It wasn't until after I'd inquired about price that I was told I'd receive 15% off that since I had a service. I probably would've spent more on products had that been told to me as part of my end of service experience. When I went to check-out, I was told the normal price for the service, including a 15% gratuity. I told her I'd specifically scheduled for the Game Day special, and she said she wasn't aware of that. So to whoever does the social posts, please communicate to the rest of the staff what you've posted online! I also didn't realize the tip was added in to the total...that just kind of rubs me the wrong way. I almost always tip 20% - I didn't appreciate being told what I had to tip. We eventually got everything figured out and it wasn't until I left that I realized I didn't get the 15% off my product. Not a huge deal, it's just a couple bucks, but if you say you're going to do something, then do it. The specials the spa runs seem like great deals but the communication among the team is a little too messy for my taste. I'm not sure if I'll go back.
