The salon is very clean and inviting and the staff is quite nice. My technician was Ben and he is a very likeable and funny guy. We had a really easy conversation. I totally enjoyed ny experience and have no doubt that this is my go to salon. Thank you, Spa Nails. Diane read more

Spa Nails - Dip nails with extensions by Lihn - Nail Salons Near Me - Powell, Ohio

I went in to get a fill with gel polish and one of my acrylics fell off so I needed that repaired. I got my nails done from my normal salon, which is out of town. I was able to walk in and immediately be taken care of, which is super nice. The repair was good, but the tips they use as this salon are angled down if that makes any sense. The tips make my one nail angled down rather than just extending my nail out. The acrylic itself is good, the process scared me though (but I trusted it) and it turned out fine. The gel polish is a little thick and I thought by the way it was being applied it would be lumpy but it isn't. Super friendly staff. Clean place. Bathroom is easily accessible too! Overall a fine experience, I'll just be waiting to see how long they hold up! read more

Troy and Linh have just bought Spa Nails and I could not be happier for them! I've been following them around for about 8 years and they both provide quality service and understand the importance of a clean, bright, atmosphere. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! You should come and check them out, if you haven't already had the pleasure of their services, and if you have, now you know where they are! They provide all the services, dipping, acrylics, gels, and their prices are reasonable! read more

I love what the new owners have done with the place. Customer service is top-notch and I'm very happy with how my nails turned out. I'll definitely come back. read more

Absolutely love this salon. Long-time customer. All the technicians do a great job. Pedicures last a very long time. Many dip colors to choose from for thorough manicures. Great service!!! Very accommodating. So many salons in the area, but Spa Nails is always my top choice. read more

I followed my girl here Linh when she took over ownership. She's the absolute BEST! The salon is super cute and laid back. Best place to get your nails done in the area by far! read more

My daughter and I did NOT have a good experience at this nail salon. The owner was rude and costumer service was horrible! I was told from a friend that goes there frequently that my daughter could get a manicure/pedicure for $35. When it came time to ring me up, the owner was going to charge me what I was paying for mine ($55) I then explained that I thought my daughter was going to be charged less and he immediately got upset and said no, she's 11 right? He must have heard me talking to my nail tech. It's only for kids under 9. My daughter is 10 btw, she's turning 11 in a month. He then proceeded to yell in front of us to my nail tech in a different language. Then he said, fine $45, and it was very obvious how annoyed he was. It was SO awkward, and my daughter left there feeling this way too. I do NOT recommend this place, I will not go back again or recommend to my mom friends!! Oh and after he was annoyed with the discount I got, he rushed through my nails and did not look happy with us. This to me is horrible costumer service, your clients should never leave your place feeling this way! read more

I have to agree with Lisa -- this place should be avoided. Just like Lisa, I had the most expensive, poorly-done mani/pedi in my entire life here, and paid through the nose for it! I haven't had a mani/pedi in Columbus since then -- I thought these services must just be a lot more expensive than I'm used to paying for in Texas, but perhaps it's just this salon. (For a terrible mani/pedi I paid $65 here; in Houston I'd pay no more than $35 for the same PLUS an eyebrow wax [before tips]. And for that $35 the spa pedi included exfoliating and hot wax treatment; no such luck at this place, even with the outrageous prices.) I also had to sign in, but the man who did my pedi had NO CLUE that I also wanted a manicure. The rest of the staff couldn't lower themselves to speak to me. I'll never go back here, and I suggest avoiding it if you value your hard-earned money. read more

I've been going to Troy ever since I was 12 (8+ years!) and he has always been the best. Everyone at the salon is very skilled and always does a great, professional job. The salon is very clean and everyone is super friendly. Every time I come back in state from college this is my first stop! I've gotten everything from regular mani/pedi, gel, dip, and acrylics, and I've always been very satisfied with what I get. 100% recommend! read more

The customer service here is terrible. I got the worst pedicure of my life. No exfoliating or massage literally 5 second per leg. Way too many other better places in this area! I don't recommend at all! read more

The most expensive poorly done mani/pedi I've ever had! This place looks like the average "strip" mall nail shop but charges like they are high end...The staff barely spoke to me, if at all. I was asked to sign in but yet the man doing my pedicure didn't know I wanted a manicure?!?! Why sign in if they don't read it anyway! A definite DNR in my book! read more

I went here over the weekend for a mani pedi. They both looked horrible. My cuticles weren't even pushed back on my nails which they really needed to be. Basically they just painted my nails as they were. No shaping, very little filing. Spent over 50$ and the service was horrible. I will not go here again. read more

Unless they have recently changed their prices I have found them to be about 50-30% less than the expensive "spas" and I have never had a problem with my services. Do they speak to each other in a different language while you are there? Yes. Do they try to small talk? No, unless you are a re read more

Family owned and friendly. I've never had a problem waking in and they're lovely. Always happier when I leave than when I came in and isn't that why we treat ourselves? read more

Zero rating. Worse Mani/pedi ever. Basic does not include anything done to cuticles. 2nd coat of polish was 1 swipe of the brush.

Went to get my nails done for the first time in a while. Went in to get acrylics done and I didn't want them super long but also not too short. The man who did mine kept suggesting other pinks when I picked out one and I told him I wanted it to be Barbie pink. Now I've gotten my nails done several times before, and I love it. Normally I don't get my tips colored, but today I wanted too. Anyway normally they would glue on the tip and then do the powder stuff. Instead the guy decided to skip that and just put the powder stuff and make them short. Honestly they don't even look like anything special looks like a manicure when I paid for acrylics. When I asked him to make them longer he unfortunately declined to meet my request. Worst place ever to go for acrylics. Basically didn't get what I wanted not a new set. This is nothing for me. Never will I return to get my nails done. read more

I have been getting my nails and waxing done here for my entire life and my mom has been coming here for over 15 years! They always fit me in last minute and always do a great job. The entire family is super sweet and every one of them does a great job. I highly recommend! :) read more

I had a pedicure along with my sister-in-law and nine year old daughter. My pedicure lasted less than 30 minutes. When my guy started to paint my nails, I said, you're not doing a foot massage any more? He said I paint the nails first and then foot massage. Well, all he did was a short, wimpy calf massage. Very disappointing! My sister-in-law's pedicure lasted 35 minutes. My nine year old daughters was the longest at 40 minutes. Really? For $35 plus a tip? I'll do it myself, thanks. Don't waste your money with this establishment. read more
