I have been going to Kim's Nails for 15+ years. They are the ONLY nail salon I will go to, A…read morecouple times over the years I have gone to different nail salons out of convenience at the time. Never again. Each time when I returned to Kim's they fixed the fungus and acrylic breaks of the other salons. I have been to every nail technician at Kim's and can attest that each one is very good. They have all been there for years; no turnover. You can specify a certain technician when you sign in or call in for your appt. I usually walk-in and get the next available tech. I have found them to be very eager to please. I have never had a pedi at Kim's; I believe they have 5 or so pedi chairs. My normal service is an acrylic fill-in with regular or no-chip polish. They do take credit /debit cards (except for Sunday's I believe due to the bank card processing system they use which is down on Sundays?), but tips cannot be put on the card so I always make sure I am prepared. I usually just hit the atm on the way to Kim's and pay cash for the service and the tip. Amazingly, the prices have never increased in 15 years. The staff is friendly; sometimes silly/funny. Seems like most people who go there are regulars or repeat customers, I am always greeted by name and notice many others greeted by first name too; the customer's are friendly also. Kim's is the only nail salon I trust.

It is probably the nicest nail salon I've ever been in and it's huge! They have the big, leather massage pedicure chairs, a waiting area and a separate section in the back for drying your nails. Also, they have two or three flat-screen tv's to watch. The guy, who I assume is the owner, is very nice. At my first visit, I told him I was in a big hurry. One girl started my manicure, but after the owner finished up with his client, he personally came over and finished my nails since he knew I needed to get out of there soon. It was the quickest manicure I've ever had, but also one of the best. It was very neatly done. i believe they offer additional services besides mani/pedis, but I have yet to partake in one. The staff is friendly without being overbearing. I hate salons where, even after being given the hint to leave me alone and just be quiet, they continue to try to chat me up. The guy who did my nails was making fun of whoever previously did my set saying the shape wasn't good, then he ripped open my blister, and left me with very sore red cuticles. During the appointment I suspected he was making fun of someone by his tone of voice laughing and joking. Do I know for sure? No, but turns out I heard from a girl who used to work there, he's the owner, and does uber but sits and waits for the people to cancel the ride during his lunch break to scam people out of money. She also said they had bug/rat infestations, and he washed his dog's bed in the workplace washer and dryer, etc. She had pictures to prove everything. So yes, he was probably saying rude things. If you're the owner reading, first of all ew ew ew, second of all just because you're speaking another language your clients don't speak, doesn't mean every language in the world uses the same tone to convey rude words which are easily picked up on.
