Mixed feelings. The good, these guys were pretty responsive over the phone and easy to schedule. They were very, very nice. They got the spa out and helped get it in place and even let us waver on the location. They helped give us input and were very helpful. The bad, one of the side panels fell off during transportation. Alex found the pet number and said he would take it off the price of the move. I asked if he would order it and have it shipped to my house and he said yes. Everything started well. Alex and his assistant removed my old spa, but in my new spa and (supposedly) connected the electricity. I was so hoppy with their work that day I gave Alex an extra $50. But later I saw that they had cracked the flexible tube with the electric wires in it going into the spa. I could could actually see the exposed wires. I also could not put back on the vey heavy panel over the equipment bay that I had removed to check for leaks. I called Alex and left a message describing these problems for him for some help to fix the electric wire tube and to show me how to put back in the panel over the equipment bay. Alex did not return my call, or two more voicemail messages that I left on his phone the next two weeks. It is huge heavy and we had 1 inch in some areas and no inch room in other areas and this team amazingly was able to get my hot tub home safely. We went thru hell and back and this team kept going strong. We started at 10am and ended at 4 pm. This was a long day with many challenges all throughout the day trying to move this hot tub through tight spots down landscaping hills that were tilted and Rocky and over retaining walls and this crew got it done. I sure did learn a lot today about moving a hot tub and how difficult it could be with these challenges and I would not want anyone else but these guys helping me because they are kind careful and determined to get the job done with great customer service and satisfaction. Alex is Amazing. Great service, great price, great person. I have to be honest I was very nervous about how our spa would get to the back yard. It is 75x75x36 inches and 750 pounds. We got it at Costco and it was left in the street. From there it needed to go down a steep hill to our backyard. Alex showed up an hour later with just one other person (both of them are slender too!). I kept asking him "how are you going to do this with just two people" and he kept saying "don't worry, its more about careful planning and being smart rather than raw strength". I was still worried after hearing this, but was determined to press on. Alex took his time, used rollers and other means to leverage and distribute the weight and about an hour and half later the hot-tub was in place without a scratch to the spa, house, driveway, or any person! Alex is like Merlin ! He's also very courteous, helpful and responsive, and Covid-safe with masks. He showed up a few hours after my spa had been delivered to my driveway, and he and his partner proceeded to remove the fence between driveway and my patio. They were very careful and meticulous. Then they removed my old spa, and carefully placed the new spa in place. (He doesn't do electrical connections, so you'll have to schedule an electrician soon after, or the next day.) Alex is a very cool guy and his pricing is great. I had him and his crew move a hot tub from San Bruno to Walnut Creek and he kept me informed about when he would arrive as I asked him to do. He also has some handyman skills like being able to disconnect the electrical and drain the hot tub. I know that may sound silly but a lot of the hot tub movers won't do it. Alex was also able to disassemble part of a deck so he could get the hot tub out of the backyard and then he put it together when he was done. They arrived early to pick up the hot tub from the owners house, and got the hot tub quickly and safely to our house without a problem.
