I had such a great experience at this spa! The ladies who work there are super friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. I came in for a massage and a facial and got to use their IR sauna prior to my procedures as well. Haley was my masseuse and she did such a great job getting all those knots out of my shoulders and back. I felt like a new person after her massage! Jenny took her time with my facial and made it such a relaxing experience. My face was so soft and clean afterwards! Just to start when you walk in the door a smile and soothing personality greets you, not pushy like most places "What can I push on this sucker??" Not in the least. Everyone at the facility was more focused on how they could accommodate me better. Being dragged to a spa by the significant other is one thing, looking forward to the next experience is another. This place has changed the way I look at spas simply due to the empathy shown by their staff. Each Spa Butler shows complete compassion even just by giving you a fluffy robe and a drink while you wait. You are the priority when you step in, and as you walk out the door. I scheduled a deep tissue massage, scalp massage and hand & foot reflexology add-ons. My therapist, while very nice and professional, performed none of these treatments correctly. The massage was a gentle "Swedish" type of massage, he had no idea how to do a scalp massage (he gently tapped his fingers on my skull for 20 minutes), nor did he know HOW to do reflexology . He just gently gave me a hand and foot rub. No pressure whatsoever. This was my first experience at this spa, but I regularly get massages, facials, and other treatments at other places, which are 100% better than at Luxe. Just thought I'd treat myself to a spa day, but must say it was a big let down. read more

First of all this Spa is Beautiful. From the moment you walk through the doors you start feeling relaxed. The ladies at the front desk welcome you with warm smiles. From the big fluffy robes and comfy slippers you find your self sipping on fruit infused water in the meditation room. I got a chance to meet the owners and they are so friendly and truly want to make your experience the very best. And boy was it! I had scheduled a salt rock massage and I can say it was the best massage I have EVER had. Thank you Chelsea! This spa is spotless, elegant and 5 star all the way. I came with my mother in law and sister in law to get a facial and a deep tissue massage. When I came in, I was greeted with a smile, and offered a tour. I took full advantage of the infrared sauna while I waited for my facial(not only is it a great dry heat, it smells wonderfully of cedar in the best way). There's a separate relaxation room, which has flavored water and snacks for guests. I was offered tea as well. Deepty did my facial, which was amazing. She used a pumpkin enzyme scrub on me, which smelled like a pumpkin pie. My face was so soft! She was very knowledgeable about skin issues and recommended a routine for me. Marissa did my deep tissue massage. She made me feel so comfortable, and found all the knots and twinges I'd been carrying around. I can't recommend her enough. I left feeling like I could move muscles that previously I couldn't. Overall, the spa is clean, the people are friendly and know what they're doing, and you get so many added perks (like the sauna) with your service. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Lovely experience with Natalie and Spa Luxe! Be aware that if you come in with gel polish on they charge extra for its removal, which was a bit of an unpleasant surprise, but the Dazzle Dry polish they use instead is light-free and decently long wearing. I've had it on for over a week and it's only just starting to wear at the tips. It's a lovely, luxurious salon and the staff were all fantastic. read more

Let me first say when you walk in you are immediately greeted and they have merchandise there great for a nice little gift to give with a gift card or looking to pamper yourself. I went right after they open after Covid-19 closure, as soon as I walked in I knew I was in a clean environment. They are truly doing an amazing job with cleaning and keeping their guests safe. You are asked if you want to change into the most comfortable robe (they are available in the lobby to buy) and to go into the relaxation room. This visit I was only there for a pedicure but they still offered the whole experience for me, I was there for an early appointment so they got me some orange juice ( I really wanted one of their great mimosas, but I was going to work afterwards...boo) Let me tell you, this is the best place to get an ultimate pedicure!! I felt amazing afterwards, not only do they have a relaxing environment but they have a great selection of colors and an amazing staff wanting you to have a great experience. Highly recommend the CBD infused oil massage by Hailey! Helped work out some of the fascia in my back. Nice clean facility. I didn't have time to relax and stay in the lounge. If you are having a good day and want to reward yourself - go to Kim. If you need a listening ear while you get worked out - go to Kim!!! Kim is amazing, truly, as a massage therapist and a human. What I love most about Kim is her ability to intuitively know where to apply pressure, when to ease up, when to chat, when to create a quiet space. Kim makes my day every time I go as well as the whole staff. Always friendly, clean, and calming. Let me preface this review by saying my massage therapist Weibin was amazing. Very intuitive and open to feedback. And the spa was very clean. But in making my appointments, I lost track of how many times they called me to reschedule my spa services (80 min pedi and 80 minute massage). First I couldn't get the day I wanted even though I called a week ahead. Then they needed to change the order of my services. Then unfortunately, my nail technician had a family emergency (I hope eveverything is okay) so they wanted to reschedule my pedi with someone else for 4 hours later. I'd explained in our many previous conversations that I was visiting from out of town and was leaving that day. They moved my massage to an earlier time. Too many changes. I really needed a spa day with several services and time to relax in my robe and slippers. I could have gotten a massage anywhere. I won't be back. They did give me a discount on my massage. read more
