I requested a deep tissues massage, I was in a lot of pain, Taniel performed my massage. She walked me thru what she was doing and why she needed to 'dig' into the muscles. I am not a 'deep tissue' gal. She got me to relax; letting her effect the muscles needing attention. It was a process, I can't believe I made it thru ! The day she massaged me, I was tender... the next day !!! Oh my WORD, a different person - just from that visit with Taniel. We also discussed stretches. Oh we've been looking for this since movimg here. What a beautiful, super clean, comfortable, customer oriented spa. Everything here is dedicated to an excellent experience. From walking in the front door to leaving stoned on relaxation, perfection. We did the couple's retreat: facial, massage, and light lunch, it was perfect. Reminded us of our experience at Camelback in Scottsdale, AZ. We now need to return for more: manicures, pedicures, more massages. The entire staff is phenomenal, we felt so comfortable. I'll start by saying the staff is excellent and very friendly. I booked a hydra facial a few weeks in advance, by phone. I wasn't told at that time that the amenities were closed. I received a call to confirm a few days before and again, it was never mentioned. I was very much looking forward to the experience as reviews seem good. It was just ok. Mediocre at best. I booked an extra 15 minute extraction, only to have her extract for 2 minutes. After all was said and done, I paid well over $300 for a facial I could have had for the half of the price at any day spa. I wouldn't recommend this spa as anything out of the norm. I've had much better service and experience at many other spas. read more

Spa Luxe makes sure that every little detail is perfect. It is relaxing from the moment you walk in. Actually, I think the relaxation started with the ease of making the appointment on the app. My first visit I used a Groupon and it was a great deal for a massage and facial. I love the infrared sauna and arrive early to sit in it and relax. The wonderful staff brought me water. The atmosphere is very high-end. On my second visit I had the salt stone massage and it was excellent. If it seems expensive for the length of service that is because it is so much nicer than just a massage anywhere. Arrive early to enjoy the soft robes, free drinks, sauna and reading/relaxation room to get the most out of the experience. I will be a regular here. read more

Spa Luxe is a beautiful spa with excellent service, a variety of luxury services, competent and experienced aestheticians & massage therapists. I booked a massage with "V" based on her reviews and when I got there was told that Lydia would be my therapist. I can't say I wasn't initially disappointed, however Lydia was excellent. She's skilled and went over all of my needs ahead of time checking in throughout the service to ensure I was doing well. My hydra facial with Deeptie was also excellent. She was knowledgeable and did a full assessment prior to the service. The place is beautifully designed, ultra clean, soothing and the infrared sauna was a delight. Infused water and snacks, luxe products used during the service and for sale. 10% discount for booking in advance and excellent service from the staff. I only wish they sold packages of facials or massages at a discount to incentivize customers to engage in regular consistent services throughout the year. Visited Spa Luxe and was very impressed at how beautiful and calming everything was! The staff was so welcoming and attentive throughout my whole visit. I definitely felt like a queen for the day!
