As far as the proportion of membership costs to what is given to therapists: Massage Therapists benefit from being able to arrive to work, do no scheduling or billing and just focus on the art of massage. The bowl of iced down eucalyptus towels outside the door was a nice touch and felt delightful. I had three services: a full body scrub and 50-minute deep tissue massage with Melissa, followed by a 50-minute facial with Lauren. All were excellent. The treatment rooms were also nice, relaxing environments. Spa staff made every effort to ensure I had a great experience and felt like a queen. They were kind, professional, and generous. If I have one minor complaint, which can't be held against the spa, it's that some people (like me and my husband, who both know very little about spas) would benefit from guidance on a good schedule of services when booking. During my massage, I learned the best approach would be to enjoy the steam room and whirlpool after, then fully shower before my facial.
