If they don't want to do a basic facial why have it on the "menu?" First into a chemical peel which wasn't the solve for existing pimples. Then into a diamond glow facial. Then proceeded to wash my face and do a mask that took 20 mins. I asked for extractions (which are typical) - she left the three zits on my face and bypassed by chin altogether until I asked again. Never walked out of a facial smelling bad and with a face full of zits. It was $130 to have my face washed and a mask.

After the first power duo treatment I could tell a significant difference. I appreciate Meredith gave me realistic expectations and didn't try to oversell results. I'm scheduled for my third round in a few weeks and I'm sincerely excited to see how my scarring is already significantly less noticeable due to a more even skin tone, little to no redness, pores are noticeably smaller and my skin barrier is healthy.

We checked in a few minutes late for our group however the team was very accommodating getting us checked in and ready. I thoroughly enjoyed my standard massage - the treatment room was spacious and clean. I did change in the treatment room to be able to take full advantage of my appointment time and then I was escorted to the locker room area to change into a room and enter the quiet room for tea and relaxation. However this experience was not relaxing. The spa was extremely busy and the quiet room was so packed there was barely anywhere to sit. With so many people even in hushed tones the room was not very quiet. It is also co-ed which I don't normally enjoy when you are in a robe partially nude (and we weren't given a heads up). The locker room area is small and little tight for all of the people that were in the room. One of our party was unable to make the appointment and we could loudly hear a staff member/manager complaining that they were not informed in advance (which could have been addressed at check in) and made us feel unwelcome. Once we were paying we were loudly asked who would be paying for the appointment since it was not cancelled in time (which we did pay with no discussion) but it would have been appreciated to address with more tact. Overall I enjoyed massage but I would definitely ask prior to booking if they have a full house during the time slot you want to make sure you can actually walk around and enjoy the spa. There is free street parking $$
