Excellent massages from Anna and Josh! They really knocked it out of the park and were extremely attentive to my needs and preferences. The post-massage beverage and strawberry was very nice. The atmosphere was outstanding, just incredibly relaxing and i felt so calm and peaceful afterwards. Great choice for a couples massage! J.Ja read more

This is our 1st time coming here and I scheduled a deluxe Fathers Day package which included 1 hour full body massage, hot stone back rub, peppermint head/scalp massage, chocolate covered strawberries with choice of mimosas, peach Bellini or sangria. When we arrived we used the specific texted directions to get buzzed up the the office and where to park. It seems parking was street parking was easy to find for being this area. The lobby was very clean and had a relaxed feeling and high healing atmosphere. We had Abby and Sara do the massage and I am so happy that both of them made the massage just perfect by the perfect amount of pressure and getting g the individual mentioned areas that needed to be done. After the massage, you can go to an additional comfy, relaxing room to enjoy strawberries and champagne. I really liked the choices of deep tissue, Swedish or just relaxation massages. The high quality and time of the massage was over a 10 on a scale and totally worth the price. They did have a Father's Day special so I would ask about when scheduling. We will definitely be coming back here monthly. Thank you for providing such a great place and services for couples to get bonding time. read more

Great couples massage service in a cozy atmosphere. Very attentive and respectful and the massages were very good

I booked a couples massage for me and my best friend while I was in town visiting to work through a grieving process I'm going through. Zen'd Out was fantastic. The massage therapists (I'm so sorry I forgot your names or I'd give you both a shout out!) were friendly, extremely talented, and empathetic. I requested a few special areas to focus on and my therapist hit everything I asked for in addition to doing the full body massage. The massage was so soothing to me I burst through with tears in my grief after we were done, and the staff could not have been kinder or more understanding. My massage therapist gave me a hug and I felt a genuine human connection. They really were wonderful in a difficult time for me. Also! I had looked at previous reviews to see if anyone mentioned Zen'd Out being queer or LGBTQ-friendly. I didn't come across anything and I do want to acknowledge my friend and I felt completely welcomed as we were Also also! Normalize getting a couples massage with your friends. It's a real moment of bonding. read more

I booked a basic couples massage with my partner. We visited their Englewood location since their Denver location is currently undergoing renovations. The space itself is very welcoming and relaxing. Obviously a couple's massage means two therapists. I found it difficult to get all of the instructions at first because both therapists were speaking to both my partner and I at the same time. My therapist in particular did not share any of the instructions for how they'd like us to prepare for the massage (how to change, how to lay etc) so I relied on asking my partner what his therapist instructed him to do. We were also asked just before the massage if we would like to change our massage from basic to romantic. At no point was this referred to as an upgrade, was an increase in price mentioned, or the differences between the two types of massages mentioned. I declined the change in massage because I knew I booked the basic massage for the price point and assumed the romantic massage was an upsell (it was.) Once we were undressed and on the tables, our therapists then asked if we'd like the CBD lotion or regular lotion. I'd remembered reading about the CBD lotion on their website when booking, and mistakenly assumed it was included. Again, nothing was mentioned about this being an upgrade or costing extra. ~~ After looking back, this is offered as an upgraded service when booking, which I opted out of because again, I was interested in the basic massage for the price point ~~ While the CBD oil is very nice, I did not appreciate the oil be rubbed all the way up into my hair. I left the massage with a greasy scalp, which was especially frustrating as I'd had an expensive head spa treatment immediately before this massage and my hair and scalp had just been freshly washed. My partner did not have this particular experience, so looking like my hair hadn't been washed for a week was just an issue for me. I do also think it's worth mentioning that the 25% gratuity was already selected for me when I went to check out. While I will always tip for wonderful service, something about having the highest option pre-selected before I've been presented with my bill rubbed me the wrong way. They did offer us chocolate covered strawberries following our massage which technically was not included in our package (but is for other options,) and that was very generous of them to do so. TL;DR very nice and relaxing, but will upsell you on your services without being transparent about the price increases. read more

Elena and Anna took care of my fiancée and I. The environment was lovely and clean, they even put out rose petals and a sign that said happy anniversary. Anna did my massage and she actually got out significant amount of tension in my back and legs that no other massage place has been able to do. They both checked in consistently about the pressure and comfort. Genuinely one of the BEST massages I have ever had. Will be returning. read more

I've never written a negative review before, but I feel it's important to share this experience. If you care about basic cleanliness, do not come here. I visited Zen'd Out Spa for a couples massage on April 27 and unfortunately had a disappointing experience that I've made multiple attempts to address privately -- with no response. I often travel to Denver for work and typically visit another spa, but decided to try Zen'd Out for a change while in town with a friend. The massage felt rushed and lacked the depth and attention expected, especially given the high cost. I came in with mild neck pain and left with significantly more discomfort -- which was surprising, as a massage a few weeks earlier had greatly improved the same issue. Had it only been a mediocre massage, I likely wouldn't have written a review. However, the sanitation issues were too concerning to ignore. The bathroom had no soap available, only hand sanitizer. After the massage, we were given towels to use on our body to wipe off oil. When I opened my towel up, I saw two medium-sized, wet brown stains and appeared used. I'm thankful to have looked before putting this on my body as instructed. These are basic hygiene standards that any professional spa should meet. I'm disappointed to have spent $300 not only on a mediocre massage, but at a place that failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness and professionalism. I've sent two follow-up emails and made a phone call, during which I was told the owner would contact me. It has now been over two weeks with no reply. I had hoped to resolve this privately, but the lack of communication has left me no choice but to share this experience publicly. I would not recommend this spa based on the service quality, cleanliness, or customer care. read more

What an amazing surprise! The location is kind of funky. It's right next to Ball Arena. You have to buzz in, to take an elevator to the second floor. Once you arrive inside, you're whisked away into a wonderful experience. My wife and I typically book massages separately, however our son surprised us with a gift of a couples massage. It was our first, and definitely not our last! When we arrived, we were offered waters and then taken to our massage room. Our therapists joined shortly after and introduced themselves (Wanda & Amber). They had us pick an aroma from a small selection and asked us what type of massage we were looking for, then left as we positioned ourselves on the tables. We both chose the Swedish (relaxation) massage and they both were AMAZING! Once finished, we were escorted to a relaxation room and offered chocolate covered strawberries and a glass of champagne. What a wonderful experience! If you're looking for an urban escape in Denver - this is your spot! read more

With this being my first couples massage, it was absolutely wonderful! I asked for deep tissue massage and exceeded my expectations! Very professional, courteous and skilled. I highly recommend the CBD oil, I felt very relaxed all day even after my massage. read more

My husband made an appointment here for the two of us a few months ago. Everything was great from the ease of making the appointments to the conversation before the massages to the massages to the strawberries afterward. Oh and the champagne before! I can't forget about that. We both left very relaxed and happy. I am looking forward to going back soon. read more

My husband and I had the basic couple's massage, which was wonderful. Abigail was my masseuse, and she explained what she observed in my body afterward. All the other staff members were extremely welcoming and professional. After the massage, we were given delicious chocolate-covered strawberries and Epsom salt packets. It was the most luxurious couple's massage we have experienced and worth the price! The only issue we encountered was finding parking because we came on a Friday night when there was an event at Ball Arena. Luckily, there was a paid parking spot directly in front of the building, but navigating a parking spot caused us to run a few minutes late for our appointment. Despite this, I recommend coming for the exceptional customer service. read more

My husband and I got couples massages by Elena and Ivy. I get a lot of massages, my husband a little less but hands down the best massages we've ever received. We opted for a deep tissue to work on those knots and they worked so hard on them, really strong hands and force. Inviting ambiance and refreshing drinks, and my fav was the post massage chocolate covered strawberries. Highly recommend - if you're like me and look into every option before deciding, this one does not disappoint. read more

Just had a great massage as a surprise from my husband for my birthday, and Zen'd Out was such a relaxing atmosphere. It smells amazing and Rebecca gave a great, firm massage. She also spoke in low tones or whispers from when I was greeted until I left. She makes sure you stay relaxed! The beverage and chocolate covered strawberry was a very nice touch. read more

Lovely massage therapists, tranquil atmosphere, and they did a great job! So happy with our experience.

This was probably the best massage we have ever had. The office is well designed and clean. We were taken back to the massage room pretty quickly. We opted for the CBD oil. The hot stones were nice, although a little bit too hot for me. Overall a great relaxing experience. This is probably a special event type of place as it's fairly pricy. One hour couples massage with tip was $400. read more

Let me just continue this perfect 5-star streak. WOW. We were absolutely blown away by our experience here. Being from out of town, I booked us a couple's massage about a month ago not knowing what to expect. Booking online was extremely easy and there were a lot of spots open (in the Twin Cities MN it has always been hard to book let alone find couples-specific massages that aren't booked out a few weeks). When we arrived we were greeted warmly and spent the first 15 minutes relaxing with a drink, and then our massage therapists came to greet us. Isabella and Lindsay you guys are amazing!!!!! We've gotten a fair deal of massages and this is near if not on the top. Every single aspect was fantastic--the hot stones, the pressure, the CBD oil. Isabella and Lindsay know what they are doing. Afterward we received epsom salt to take home and chocolate covered strawberries. This is my first time in Denver and I fell in love with the city the moment I arrived, so I know I'll be back. Highly HIGHLY recommend Zen'd Out whether a resident here in Denver or stopping by. read more

Promgtip was amazing! Her knowledge of anatomy and muscle manipulation is top tier. I am 6'8" and 330 lbs. Im definitely not the easist person to work on. Nevertheless, her massage pressure was consistent and she was very careful to make sure I was comfortable and never once jabbed me with fingernails. The service here was amazing. Before, during and after. 10/10 will use Promgtip again! read more

I took my sister for their couples massage and it was such a great experience. The ladies that worked on us were amazing. They checked on us throughout the service and made us very comfortable. When we were finished they took us to another sitting room to enjoy a cocktail and some chocolate covered strawberries. Delicious! Everything from the waiting areas to the massage rooms and the sitting room after were beautifully decorated. We left feeling so good, we were already making plans for next time. Definitely recommend! read more

Was an amazing experience. Went above and beyond. Kind and attentive staff . Great value .

Came from out of town for a birthday trip, we looked high and low for a couple massage and found Zen'd Out. On our way our Uber driver even said this place was amazing and he has visited several times. JP and Maria were excellent! The couple's massage room was clean and comfortable. The tables are heated which is a plus. I would highly recommend this massage parlor. SN: The Peach Bellini is great! read more

Pricey but absolutely worth it! I like a light/ medium massage, husband likes deep tissue. Both of us had perfect massages, they really listen to your wants and needs to personalize the massage. Through the whole experience every little touch was perfect. You start by getting to pick your aromatherapy. The chocolate covered strawberries, drink, and small gift felt very decadent and such a nice way to end the massage. So much better than some others where you just tip and head out the door. If you are celebrating or needing some romance, this is the spot! read more

Great couples massage, (a gift from our kids)!! Girls were great, lovely, the place was clean and we would come back again!!

Bummer that I came all the way over here to find out the hours they publish on Yelp are incorrect. At least it was a nice walk. But I was really looking forward to getting a massage. Note to owner: for the sake of your customers, you should change the published hours on Yelp from 10-8 to 11-6. read more

My husband & I got a couples massage & it was incredible! I didn't think I would be as sensitive to the altitude change as I am (we are from IN) so I was nervous to get a deep tissue message, but oh my word did it help! I did also pay for the CBD oil as part of my massage & I would do it again. My body feels refreshed after our flights. If we visit Denver again we will get massages from Zen'd Out again as well! We also got to enjoy mimosas before our massage! It was such a good experience! read more

Had a phenomenal couples massage with Wanda and Elaina. We went as an anniversary gift to ourselves. Hadn't been to a couples massage together before, and the service was A+. Both Wanda and Elaina were courteous, kind, and funny the entire 60 minute massage. Both my girlfriend and myself were extremely pleased when we were done (completely sore and hurt for 2 days, so sign of a great massage haha). Truly though, we had a ridiculously great time, and I would definitely re-book for the both of them if/when we're back in the area. Chose intensity, and essential oils, then had a glass of champagne and chocolate strawberries afterward. Highly recommend. read more

Excellent massage experience! Booked a couples massage it is pricey and worth the experience. The ambiance inside is welcoming and calm. It's relaxing from the moment you walk in get a drink and wait for your consult for a personalized massage. The rooms are spacey which adds to the luxury feel. I highly recommend! Will likely go back for a single massage. Wanda and Prangtip were amazing both gave us exactly what we wanted! read more

such a perfect experience for couples!! my partner and i came here after an eventful trip to Florida/Disneyworld for our sons birthday. My partner is a construction coordinator and I a toddler teacher. We've both had some built up tension that needed some attention and that's exactly what we got! Both our massage therapist were great with their hands and super friendly. We got to customize our massages for exactly what we needed, my partner got a deep tissue that mainly focused on his mid back and I got a prenatal massage (i'm 28 weeks) that focused on my neck. The room/studio was super calm and inviting. We live up in Foco but will definitely make the drive to denver again for this place!! read more
