Avoid this place at all costs! We walked in to a horrible, musty, rotten food, smell, and were demanded to pay for the price of our massage in cash before we received any services. We were then ushered to a room where we were told to lay down and wait 10 minutes. Well, in the 25 minutes that passed with no one coming in, we noticed bug poop all over the walls, dirty baseboards, And a filthy door. There was also luggage crammed under the massage tables. Shady business for sure. We ended up leaving and asking for a money back after lying on the tables for 25 minutes with no contact. We happened upon this place today while shopping. My friend and I were excited to get a reflexology foot massage. We walked in and must have interrupted dinner time. It smelled like they had just cooked food and while we soaked our feet they finished up dinner. It was an mediocre massage and it was hard to relax because the front door was open so you could hear everything as traffic, people, pets walked by. Do not waste your money here. I came here as a walk in seeking a quick massage before my night out. I paid $35 for 30 minutes which stated that it included hot rocks. I agree spot on with what everyone says. this place is not worth the money. Since i am a big athlete type guy. 6'1'' 240lbs she immediately said deep tissue 80$ no problem i thought she will def have to go above and beyond to get all the knots out of me. So to ensure a good massage and since i read tip before hand i gave her an extra 20$. fast forward through a shitty massage (not deep at all) also if you are shy about being naked dont go here. the towel didnt stay on during the massage. Doesnt bother me but others may not be so alright. She asked me if i wanted more time i asked how much and she said 40$ i said no to much ill give you 20 for another half hour making the massage 120$ which is way reasonable for a 90min Massage. So we moved on and at the end there was this weird awkward moment were she told me to sit down. so i did and she just kept saying was it ok was it ok and then started rubbing my chest and asked for another tip. Great massage. But you do have to know what you are looking for in a massage and how to deal with massage places. They know how to do a real good massage and don't just tickle your back. I have lots of soft tissue injuries and the lady (Alice) knew where all the knots were. They even walk on your back, which is the best. It was ok for the money, but not a polished setup. They charged me $3 for using my credit card (on a $70 bill) which I believe is likely against their credit card agreement. Additionally I opted for a 1 hour swedish, and when I indicated my preference for "hard", she said I needed to pay extra ($80) for hard pressure which left me incredulous, but I told her I"d pay after (they pre-charged me for the massage, which I've never had to do at legit places). I told her I'd pay after but she never asked. The massage itself was adequate for $73 but they are pushy about tips. This place is the worst! ZERO STARS. I'll briefly walk you through our experience: Initial Call: I phoned to schedule an appointment and the woman spoke as much English as I do Cantonese, which is zero. Location: Not a great part of town and the train runs right past it and judging from the noise, right over the massage rooms. "Spa": This is no spa. The lights were dim, but probably to hide grossness, not to create an atmosphere. The table was ok, but the linens were non-existent. I saw a stack of towels, but they did not give me one. They gave me more of a hand towel with a thread count of -100. I really do think it was paper. The cover for your head/face was also made of paper and was very scratchy. Also, they have a doorbell that chimes in every room, so you get to listen to that throughout your massage. Arrival: They have a list of services on the counter - not on the website. I selected a 60 minute full body massage and reflexology for $65 and my husband selected a 60 minute reflexology for $30. They make you pay beforehand, which I thought was weird. Then, they charge you $3 if you want to use a credit card, which I thought was obnoxious. Massage: I've already described the lack of luxury. The massage was just as dull. It was a C- at best. It left me with bruises. Also, during my husband's massage, his "masseuse" was answering phone calls!!!! Paying/Scam: When I finished my massage, my woman tried to tell me that we owed $30 more dollars for my husband because he changed his to a full body. Once he was done, he said that his "masseuse" told him that 60 minutes was too long for feet and suggested that they do full body. She said it was THE SAME PRICE. I do not believe it was a case of "lost in translation" but a total scam. Why would they offer a service (60 minute reflexology) if they don't do it! Tipping: As I was waiting for my husband, I asked my "masseuse" to break a $20. In a few broken words, she told me: No, you give me more than $20. No change. Very hard work. You give me more than $20." I was just working on getting change and had not calculated the tips (waiting for husband's feedback), but I was never so insulted. I am a generous tipper and I have NEVER had such an experience. Note to Yelper! Fay H.: Don't be cheap. People should always tip, for everything! But, I agree that this place totally sucks! Amazing deep tissue massage and reflexology....2 hrs for $100 I don't think you can beat that. Lina was the therapist and she was very nice. I like pretty deep pressure and she was able to work out my knots and tight spots. This place is not fancy but its clean and there is soft music playing in the background. First you relax in a plush recliner and soak your feet in a plastic lined bucket before the reflexology. If you go for a full body massage as well, you will be guided to a separate treatment room with a table. Lina used a variety of techniques including hot stones, stretching and deep tissue. I loved the hot towels too. The only caveat is that there is some random noise coming from upstairs and the rooms could be warmer. But I received a great massage at a great price. Also note that the business model assumes an above average tip on much lower than average prices. I think a lot of people misunderstand this and get into unpleasantries when they tip only 10 or 15%. I thought the experience was below average. The massage was decent but the table was covered in paper and the room was FREEZING. At the end I thanked my masseur and gave her a tip of 15%, and then She asked for money saying that most people leave 30%.... I told her i didn't realized that there was a tip minimum. When i came here, the moment I walked in and asked for a massage the lady was fixed on making me pay first she had a really bad attitude she was an older Asian lady the massage table was really beat up around the hole area for your face and it was small I could barely breathe the massage was half done. I already paid $70 + $3 credit card fee and she didn't do anything I felt was worth tipping because of her attitude as well. As I was leaving she called me to the register and demanded that I have to tip her I told her no thank you then she walked up on me and slightly grabbed my arm trying to put the credit card slip with a pin in my hand to tip her. I told her no thank you once again and she started screaming at me telling me I better tip her $10 I got anxiety I hate confrontation so I just started walking out and she started screaming f$$@ you get out ff$@ you I literally had to call the police to get my copy of my credit card receipt because I feel uncomfortable the way that happened. DO NOT COME HERE I REPEAT ! Awful! You had to pay and tip for services upfront. I work downtown and was looking for a place I could go for 30 minutes to relax. Requested a half hour foot massage, she got up 4 times and was away 2-3 minutes at a time and, on top of that, I was shorted on the 30 minutes. Price advertised was $19, but she charged my card $20. This may look like a hole in the wall from the outside, but although not fancy it's clean and comfy. I had the 60 minute foot reflexology. I sat in a very plush recliner while they soaked my feet in a plastic lined bucket of warm water. While my feet soaked I got an amazing scalp, neck, shoulder, arm, and hand massage... AMAZING! She worked on my feet for 45 minutes, and then I got all the kinks worked out my back, neck, hips, and legs... All for $30! I really thought I'd died and gone to heaven. This place was absolutely amazing and I was sooo pleased with my experience!! We were in Denver for just the weekend and I had literally spent 1-2 hours looking up Groupon and LivingSocial deals and just using Google for a couples massage. All of the places I called either didn't have availability at all for the weekend or did not offer a couples massage where we could be in the same room together. I finally gave up and just looked to see if there was a spa near the 16th Street Mall since we were heading down there that day. We walked in the spa and there were two Asian ladies standing there and they asked if we wanted a massage. We said yes, and they suggested a couples massage and we said, yes please!! They had a coupon online and I had planned to use that, but after the massage I thought it was so good that there was no reason to try to bargain with them because they deserved every penny!! Their massages automatically include hot stones and warm towels. Which is an added bonus! The massage was literally a FULL BODY massage. She targets my problem/tight areas without me even having to say anything! Anywhere that I was tight she spent enough time on. They did a facial, neck/shoulders, back, legs and thighs, butt, and scalp massage. It was amazing and soo relaxing! I think it ended up being like a 90 minute massage, they extended it for us because they were not busy and we tipped them ahead of time! If I am ever in Denver I will DEFINITELY be back to this place it was a great massage!!! read more

I didn't have a very good experience. I called in advance and they said they could do an hour massage, but when I got there they said they had an appt so they could only do 30 min. It was $19 each for 2 ppl and when I gave them my card they said it was a $2 fee for a card so I just gave them cash (and they still kept the additional $2). The phone rang twice during the 30 min massage and the lady took the call and that call cut into the short massage time. I also think this place is located below a parking garage or something because it was very noisy above. At the end I only had a $20 so I asked for change so I could leave a tip. The lady gave me two $10 bills (expecting a $10 tip) and I asked for $1 bills so I could leave a tip. They acted like they didn't understand so I just left and they were upset about the tip... but that's what they get for a mediocre massage and trying to push me into leaving a $10 tip. read more

Very dishonest place. Went in for a combo massage of foot and body massage. When I was giving the 10% tip (not more because it wasn't a true spa) They put you under a towel in a cold cold room. You can hear the noises from the billiards place upstairs and the women talking outside. Which is fine, I expected that from a not so great looking spa.When I was ready to pay, she insisted on a 22% tip, which I didn't. Later realized that she gave that to herself when she billed the credit card company. Even though I have a receipt showing I didn't give that much. Had to call credit card company to dispute. Save your time and money and try to go to Aveda institute in denver or to Veda salon in Hotel Monaco. I could not get an apt there when I was there unfortunately. read more

I've been to many of these reflexology shops in many different cities, so I'm always prepared for a wide range of customer service and massages. This place was ok---you pay for services before they are rendered, which is a first. I opted for the 2 hour combo massage for $100. If you are modest, this isn't for you...it does give you a private room, however, on more than one occasion, I was left less than half covered and door wide open when the lady left the room. Again---a first. The massage itself was great...she worked every muscle, esp those that were kinked! The foot massage at the end was extremely relaxing and I loved it! If you are a princess wanting cucumber water, 'please be quiet' signs on the doors and cushy robes, this place isn't for you. If you're ok with a little noise, which wasn't too bad, but a good massage---it wouldn't be a bad place to try. The last, and final-whammy-first was the discontent with my rather typical percentage tip. I've never had anyone tell me it wasn't enough and that she worked hard and needed more. Outstanding. The person who did the massage was very skilled. I wanted a deep tissue to loosen my knots in my back. Most massage therapist don't have enough strength so that is why I rate this place high. It was worth it. The person was extremely nice and professional. I read some of the comments but I don't think people understand that like waiters/waitress they work for tips. So, I think if they do a good job and are pleasant you should try to tip a reasonable amount. I'm sure it is very tiring to be doing this all day. Be nice and respectful :) read more
