I was very pleased with my service here. I had just finished work and was a walk in. I was helped right away, the massage was great.

Had an excellent experience! Worked out all the knots! Probably one of the best massages I've had in a long time! Highly recommend. Staff was very friendly. read more

This a place has been permanently closed since December! There's still stuff inside that looks like it could be open but it's not

I was in Denver for a conference at the convention center. My back was killing me. This place looks suspect from the outside but don't judge the cover. It was just fine inside, everything was very professional and above board, and my massage was excellent. I don't need a fancy waiting room, just a great massage. read more

Ok most Chinese massage facilities aren't spa like and want you to pay in advance. If you don't need the smell of orange blossoms and listening to trickling water and just want a good strong massage this is the place. They will fit you in most all the time and you'll get the massage you need and want. Don't pay for the glitz and glamour elsewhere read more

Gross and not as advertised. I cannot speak of the massage because I never got that far and this is why. 1. I had called and made an appointment. When I arrived they had no one available for my massage and hadn't taken the appointment down at all. 2. The entire place smells like the kitchen of the adjacent restaurant, and it is not a good smell. 3. The prices advertised on line were $10-$20 less per service than what is advertised in the shop and they ask you to pay and tip in advance. 4. They try to add an additional $3-$5 for using a CC The lack of service, transparency, and professionalism made me opt to take my business elsewhere. These are not trained professionals, this business is an opportunist massage mill. I will happily pay $50 extra to take my body to a clean facility that provides services as advertised by training professionals. read more

Masseuse didn't speak English real well but gave a good deep massage - ( I had to motion for her is was too hard on my legs ) She walked on my back and straightened out the crick that had bothered me for a couple days read more

Don't believe all the bad reviews. This place is amazing. One of the better massages I've ever had in my life. She worked ALL the knots out so perfectly. I was a member of massage envy for a long time. This place is a lot better than massage envy. I will be getting a massage here every time I stay in Denver. read more

Wish I read the reviews before I came here. Or didn't ignore the red flags of literally no customers being there or being asked to pay before my massage. This was not a deep tissue massage by any stretch of the imagination. I wasted $80+ tip laying there while a nice lady rubbed lotion on me and didn't work on a single knot on any part of my body. My muscles are killing me from work. I'll have to go drop another $100 and spend another hour somewhere else. read more

Avoid this place at all costs! We walked in to a horrible, musty, rotten food, smell, and were demanded to pay for the price of our massage in cash before we received any services. We were then ushered to a room where we were told to lay down and wait 10 minutes. Well, in the 25 minutes that passed with no one coming in, we noticed bug poop all over the walls, dirty baseboards, And a filthy door. There was also luggage crammed under the massage tables. Shady business for sure. We ended up leaving and asking for a money back after lying on the tables for 25 minutes with no contact. The creepiness factor grew exponentially as we waited in, a nasty smelling room with poop smeared on the walls. read more

Legit Asian massage. A little pricey, but excellent massage. Know what you're getting...this is NOT Massage Envy. You lay on a flat table with a hole for your face, covered with a small sheet and they walk on your back. Good solid oil massage after that! I go often. You have to pay first (this really bugs some people ‍). Don't know why. Tip after. All good. read more

We happened upon this place today while shopping. My friend and I were excited to get a reflexology foot massage. We walked in and must have interrupted dinner time. It smelled like they had just cooked food and while we soaked our feet they finished up dinner. It was an mediocre massage and it was hard to relax because the front door was open so you could hear everything as traffic, people, pets walked by. They make you pay upfront and charge a 3 dollar card fee. You tip before the service. It was so/so.... read more

They aggressively demand tips, regardless of what you think the gratuity should be. The massage was overpriced and average at best so I handed her $10. This was the only cash I had because they wouldn't let me tip on the credit card receipt and demanded cash. This place is a little fishy and I will not be back read more

The room was cold and the worst massage beds EVER.. the hole for my face was literally half the size it should be and presses down hard on the bridge of my nose OUCH My masseuse was all over the place on my body and talking to the other one in the room massaging my bf not to mentioned she left the room repeatedly to answer the phone or something. When I handed her $20 tip her face smooshed up with dissatisfaction bc she thought it was for both her and the woman that massaged my bf. like it was not enough money. RUDE ass!! I wish that I read the other reviews before I went Mediocre massage. read more

Do not waste your money here. I came here as a walk in seeking a quick massage before my night out. I paid $35 for 30 minutes which stated that it included hot rocks. I watched the time, I only received 15 minutes of service with very low pressure. To top it off, the lady very rudely asked me to tip her on the mediocre job she did. read more

I agree spot on with what everyone says. this place is not worth the money. Since i am a big athlete type guy. 6'1'' 240lbs she immediately said deep tissue 80$ no problem i thought she will def have to go above and beyond to get all the knots out of me. So to ensure a good massage and since i read tip before hand i gave her an extra 20$. fast forward through a shitty massage (not deep at all) also if you are shy about being naked dont go here. the towel didnt stay on during the massage. Doesnt bother me but others may not be so alright. She asked me if i wanted more time i asked how much and she said 40$ i said no to much ill give you 20 for another half hour making the massage 120$ which is way reasonable for a 90min Massage. So we moved on and at the end there was this weird awkward moment were she told me to sit down. so i did and she just kept saying was it ok was it ok and then started rubbing my chest and asked for another tip. I was like jesus lady i already gave you an extra 20$ what more do you want. So needless to say i wont go back here. Do not go here even if you are staying at the Embassy and it seems convenient dont do it. spend the money else where. read more

It was ok for the money, but not a polished setup. They charged me $3 for using my credit card (on a $70 bill) which I believe is likely against their credit card agreement. Additionally I opted for a 1 hour swedish, and when I indicated my preference for "hard", she said I needed to pay extra ($80) for hard pressure which left me incredulous, but I told her I"d pay after (they pre-charged me for the massage, which I've never had to do at legit places). I told her I'd pay after but she never asked. The massage itself was adequate for $73 but they are pushy about tips. As noted in another review, if you're concerned with your modesty this is not the place for you but if you don't care then it's fine. read more

This place is the worst! ZERO STARS. I'll briefly walk you through our experience: Initial Call: I phoned to schedule an appointment and the woman spoke as much English as I do Cantonese, which is zero. Location: Not a great part of town and the train runs right past it and judging from the noise, right over the massage rooms. "Spa": This is no spa. The lights were dim, but probably to hide grossness, not to create an atmosphere. The table was ok, but the linens were non-existent. I saw a stack of towels, but they did not give me one. They gave me more of a hand towel with a thread count of -100. I really do think it was paper. The cover for your head/face was also made of paper and was very scratchy. Also, they have a doorbell that chimes in every room, so you get to listen to that throughout your massage. Arrival: They have a list of services on the counter - not on the website. I selected a 60 minute full body massage and reflexology for $65 and my husband selected a 60 minute reflexology for $30. They make you pay beforehand, which I thought was weird. Then, they charge you $3 if you want to use a credit card, which I thought was obnoxious. Massage: I've already described the lack of luxury. The massage was just as dull. It was a C- at best. It left me with bruises. Also, during my husband's massage, his "masseuse" was answering phone calls!!!! Paying/Scam: When I finished my massage, my woman tried to tell me that we owed $30 more dollars for my husband because he changed his to a full body. Once he was done, he said that his "masseuse" told him that 60 minutes was too long for feet and suggested that they do full body. She said it was THE SAME PRICE. I do not believe it was a case of "lost in translation" but a total scam. Why would they offer a service (60 minute reflexology) if they don't do it! Tipping: As I was waiting for my husband, I asked my "masseuse" to break a $20. In a few broken words, she told me: No, you give me more than $20. No change. Very hard work. You give me more than $20." I was just working on getting change and had not calculated the tips (waiting for husband's feedback), but I was never so insulted. I am a generous tipper and I have NEVER had such an experience. Note to Yelper! Fay H.: Don't be cheap. People should always tip, for everything! But, I agree that this place totally sucks! I wish I trusted your 1-star review, but your cheapness threw me off. This place is disgusting and is running a total scam. You have been warned. read more

Great massage. But you do have to know what you are looking for in a massage and how to deal with massage places. They know how to do a real good massage and don't just tickle your back. I have lots of soft tissue injuries and the lady (Alice) knew where all the knots were. They even walk on your back, which is the best. I would definitely come back to this place again and highly recommend it to people who know what a good massage should be. read more

The worst massage I've ever had paid for details you got a rub down. Massage therapist did not like my tip so she was very rude which she did a poor job I will never return read more

Amazing deep tissue massage and reflexology....2 hrs for $100 I don't think you can beat that. Lina was the therapist and she was very nice. I like pretty deep pressure and she was able to work out my knots and tight spots. This place is not fancy but its clean and there is soft music playing in the background. First you relax in a plush recliner and soak your feet in a plastic lined bucket before the reflexology. If you go for a full body massage as well, you will be guided to a separate treatment room with a table. Lina used a variety of techniques including hot stones, stretching and deep tissue. I loved the hot towels too. The only caveat is that there is some random noise coming from upstairs and the rooms could be warmer. But I received a great massage at a great price. Also note that the business model assumes an above average tip on much lower than average prices. I think a lot of people misunderstand this and get into unpleasantries when they tip only 10 or 15%. What would you pay at Aveda for a 2 hr massage plus tip??? Tip generously, it's worth it and well earned! read more

Went in for a couples massage. They asked me to pay before the service and after the mediocre massage, I was stopped in the hallway to tip 20% more?? Horrible customer service and recommend you seek relaxation elsewhere. read more

I thought the experience was below average. The massage was decent but the table was covered in paper and the room was FREEZING. At the end I thanked my masseur and gave her a tip of 15%, and then She asked for money saying that most people leave 30%.... I told her i didn't realized that there was a tip minimum. I dont think Ive ever been told that my tip wasn't sufficient... thats not how tips work. I thought my 15% was generous for the mediocre service i received. read more

I have to be honest and say that this was one of the worst massages I have ever gotten... And then at the end of the massage, the woman pretty much forced me to give a 30% tip when she felt that 20% wasn't enough because it was "hard work". The pressure was not hard enough for me or my best friend. They were both "lotion spreaders". Find someplace else... read more

When i came here, the moment I walked in and asked for a massage the lady was fixed on making me pay first she had a really bad attitude she was an older Asian lady the massage table was really beat up around the hole area for your face and it was small I could barely breathe the massage was half done. I already paid $70 + $3 credit card fee and she didn't do anything I felt was worth tipping because of her attitude as well. As I was leaving she called me to the register and demanded that I have to tip her I told her no thank you then she walked up on me and slightly grabbed my arm trying to put the credit card slip with a pin in my hand to tip her. I told her no thank you once again and she started screaming at me telling me I better tip her $10 I got anxiety I hate confrontation so I just started walking out and she started screaming f$$@ you get out ff$@ you I literally had to call the police to get my copy of my credit card receipt because I feel uncomfortable the way that happened. DO NOT COME HERE I REPEAT ! Tipping is a choice as well as being treated with respect especially after spending $70+ and being polite to her this was so traumatic I've never had this happen in my life. read more

Went i mn for a last minute 1 hour massage before heading to the airport. My masseuse was incredible. Worked out my knots.

Awful! You had to pay and tip for services upfront. I work downtown and was looking for a place I could go for 30 minutes to relax. Requested a half hour foot massage, she got up 4 times and was away 2-3 minutes at a time and, on top of that, I was shorted on the 30 minutes. Price advertised was $19, but she charged my card $20. Never going back, never recommending. Better places around 16th street mall to go. Bad service aside, the massage itself was equally disappointing. Also overpriced for what they offer. read more

This may look like a hole in the wall from the outside, but although not fancy it's clean and comfy. I had the 60 minute foot reflexology. I sat in a very plush recliner while they soaked my feet in a plastic lined bucket of warm water. While my feet soaked I got an amazing scalp, neck, shoulder, arm, and hand massage... AMAZING! She worked on my feet for 45 minutes, and then I got all the kinks worked out my back, neck, hips, and legs... All for $30! I really thought I'd died and gone to heaven. They also do Swedish massage and hot stone massage - for which they have separate rooms - you can also book a couple's massage. I highly recommend this place! read more

I walked in and encountered a lady who looked like I had just startled her awake. The conversation went like this: "Hi. Can I get a foot massage?" "No, busy." "You're busy?" "Yeah, busy." "Okaaay. When will you have opening?" "Busy, but you call later." "So, you're not sure when you might have an opening today?" "Have client now. Call later." The bells on the door ring, and in walks her client, Mr. Happy Ending. Now I get it. read more

This place was absolutely amazing and I was sooo pleased with my experience!! We were in Denver for just the weekend and I had literally spent 1-2 hours looking up Groupon and LivingSocial deals and just using Google for a couples massage. All of the places I called either didn't have availability at all for the weekend or did not offer a couples massage where we could be in the same room together. I finally gave up and just looked to see if there was a spa near the 16th Street Mall since we were heading down there that day. We walked in the spa and there were two Asian ladies standing there and they asked if we wanted a massage. We said yes, and they suggested a couples massage and we said, yes please!! They had a coupon online and I had planned to use that, but after the massage I thought it was so good that there was no reason to try to bargain with them because they deserved every penny!! Their massages automatically include hot stones and warm towels. Which is an added bonus! The massage was literally a FULL BODY massage. She targets my problem/tight areas without me even having to say anything! Anywhere that I was tight she spent enough time on. They did a facial, neck/shoulders, back, legs and thighs, butt, and scalp massage. It was amazing and soo relaxing! I think it ended up being like a 90 minute massage, they extended it for us because they were not busy and we tipped them ahead of time! If I am ever in Denver I will DEFINITELY be back to this place it was a great massage!!! read more

Should read the reviews. Pay before which is weird and charge to cover their CC bill which I think is illegal- worst table and crappy massage- she did 50 min and asked for a $20- I made her go back in and give me 10 more min- BIG MISTAKE!! Integrative Health is up the road for the same price- prices have gone up-not the cheep Asian massage it once was read more

I didn't have a very good experience. I called in advance and they said they could do an hour massage, but when I got there they said they had an appt so they could only do 30 min. It was $19 each for 2 ppl and when I gave them my card they said it was a $2 fee for a card so I just gave them cash (and they still kept the additional $2). The phone rang twice during the 30 min massage and the lady took the call and that call cut into the short massage time. I also think this place is located below a parking garage or something because it was very noisy above. At the end I only had a $20 so I asked for change so I could leave a tip. The lady gave me two $10 bills (expecting a $10 tip) and I asked for $1 bills so I could leave a tip. They acted like they didn't understand so I just left and they were upset about the tip... but that's what they get for a mediocre massage and trying to push me into leaving a $10 tip. read more

I never even received service. I walked in to set an appointment later in the day. I was informed that I could only make an appointment over the phone. Their phones are down. Very dishonest place. Went in for a combo massage of foot and body massage. When I was giving the 10% tip (not more because it wasn't a true spa) They put you under a towel in a cold cold room. You can hear the noises from the billiards place upstairs and the women talking outside. Which is fine, I expected that from a not so great looking spa. When I was ready to pay, she insisted on a 22% tip, which I didn't. Later realized that she gave that to herself when she billed the credit card company. Even though I have a receipt showing I didn't give that much. Had to call credit card company to dispute. Save your time and money and try to go to Aveda institute in denver or to Veda salon in Hotel Monaco. I could not get an apt there when I was there unfortunately. read more

I wish I didn't have to give a star because I dont think this place even deserves it. First off I had a really big knot in my shoulder and it was getting uncomfortable that I had to get it out. I work not to far from this place and thought maybe I should give it a try... HUGE MISTAKE. I walk in and ask if she had any availability at the moment she said yes, I said ok I would like a 60 min please. She then said no I only have the 15 min chair one open. I said you just said you had everything open. I was like ok whatever I guess I'll do that since that is all you have. She was like you pay now and leave tip now (which I think it completely BS). I finally made it to the chair and I was completely disappointed in her work. I had to tell three times not to be so rough, I tried to left my head to talk to her and she pushed it back down. She was in a complete rush to get it done. I finally pushed her hands away and asked her to stop and that I wanted my money back. She was like no I can give you the 60 mins now if you would like, no I want my money back and Im done. I have never been so disappointed about an experience before but I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I've been to many of these reflexology shops in many different cities, so I'm always prepared for a wide range of customer service and massages. This place was ok---you pay for services before they are rendered, which is a first. I opted for the 2 hour combo massage for $100. If you are modest, this isn't for you...it does give you a private room, however, on more than one occasion, I was left less than half covered and door wide open when the lady left the room. Again---a first. The massage itself was great...she worked every muscle, esp those that were kinked! The foot massage at the end was extremely relaxing and I loved it! If you are a princess wanting cucumber water, 'please be quiet' signs on the doors and cushy robes, this place isn't for you. If you're ok with a little noise, which wasn't too bad, but a good massage---it wouldn't be a bad place to try. The last, and final-whammy-first was the discontent with my rather typical percentage tip. I've never had anyone tell me it wasn't enough and that she worked hard and needed more. I was going to go back tomorrow for another foot massage but won't now based on that alone. I am however, feeling relaxed as I enjoy a glass of wine on 16th street! read more

Was decent for the $$$ , not a rub & tug if that's was your looking for. Lol...................

Horrible!!!! Do not go. Not only do these "massage therapist" have no idea what they are doing, the place is filthy, unprofessional and overpriced. Stay away!!! read more

Outstanding. The person who did the massage was very skilled. I wanted a deep tissue to loosen my knots in my back. Most massage therapist don't have enough strength so that is why I rate this place high. It was worth it. The person was extremely nice and professional. I read some of the comments but I don't think people understand that like waiters/waitress they work for tips. So, I think if they do a good job and are pleasant you should try to tip a reasonable amount. I'm sure it is very tiring to be doing this all day. Be nice and respectful :) read more
