I'm often sore from barre and yoga, which is compounded by generalized anxiety (typical millennial). My upper back is always a mess that causes pain almost every day. Indira helps so much, applying the perfect amount of pressure (I like firm pressure) and finding all the sore spots like magic. She values the bonds she has with her clients and seems to genuinely care about my well-being. I've contacted her last minute to move up my appointment because I'm experiencing pain, and she does her best to accommodate and get me in as soon as she can, even if it's outside her normal hours. One time I was upset when I arrived for my appointment, and she asked me what was wrong, and even checked in with me later in the day to see if I was feeling better. Highly recommended!

Pay is great and management/ownership love their MTs! Management/Ownership are doing especially well at keeping us safe during a Global Pandemic; sparing no expense. As far as the proportion of membership costs to what is given to therapists: Massage Therapists benefit from being able to arrive to work, do no scheduling or billing and just focus on the art of massage. Which is an excellent division of labor that benefits the consumer greatly. Front Desk Staff does a marvelous job and 80% of our Front Desk Staff have been working here over two years. All requests to freeze/cancel memberships are taken very seriously because so many of us have suffered financially on Planet COVID. I love this place sooo much NO ONE told me to write this review; I took it upon myself. All of these people are amazing and hard working, kind and welcoming. Ryan and I came here for our anniversary and it was a total treat. I love the soothing sounds and smells and I was very happy with the pressure and how Yuliia kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Ryan's experience was similar... his notes was he loved the room sensory experience, excellent pressure on his back .... (He's an electrician and does a lot of physical work so he really needed this). He also has some odd allergies and Eme who did his massage was amazing at making sure he was in the clear for what was used on his skin and she also gave an incredible massage in general. The ladies knew their stuff, and worked hard on our sore muscles. The building isn't the fanciest and neither is the neighborhood, but the rooms were clean and we received great service. We were also given free bottled water and snacks :)
